"I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston Crosstown Center for four nights during a business trip, and had a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown and public transportation. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for getting work done and resting after long days. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay for business travelers. I’d definitely return on future trips to Boston."

"Good basic stay. Breakfast selection very limited but for $22, you can’t expect more. Housekeeping wasn’t very good. We ran out of soap/shower gel; I approached one housekeeper and they said “go ask the other guy who is responsible for your room”. Thr “other guy” wasn’t on floor at that time."

"Amazing and beautiful inside this hotel.  Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay.  The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff.  Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food."

"Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable"

"I got two nights stay at the hotel. My experience was fantastic from check in to check out. I arrived a little before lunch as I was transferring from Westin right next door so I wasn’t sure if I had to wait until 4pm for checkin. The front desk staff took me in pleasantly without a fuzz, very thankful for that especially when I’m on a tight travel plan. The room was very spacious and clean plenty of clean bathroom supplies, shower was awesome with just the right water pressure. The only thing I would suggest is to just leave the complementary bottle water in room (especially during the summer season) as opposed to having to pick up at front desk (which I wasn’t aware until my friend told me who was also staying at the same hotel). However the room does have two bottles of water but they are priced. I did notice that the internet is not free if you are not a Marriott member (not sure if it’s a norm now days but I think Westin was free for hotel guest and both are under the same hotel Group, but it stood out in my experience with the Hotels as I just completed two weeks of travel right before the stay), so at Checkout I asked to ensure my member number is associated with my stay and the gentleman at the front desk kindly confirmed that the internet charge will be removed on final billing. That was a peace of mind for me. Very thankful again. Overall a comfortable stay and will revisit!"

"Convenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals. Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary. "

"I firstly arrived at 13:00, and tried to check-in, the Arabic-dressing reception told me there was no room available as soon as she opened my passport….a guest before me just successfully checked in. Well, I asked the place for luggage storage, she coldly told with a deadly face that “go straight and turn right”. What is that? I waited for 5minutes and no people came back to storage. I went back to reception and told her, I was in a rush to see off my friend who is to catch up with a flight. Well, the Arabic lady just asked me to wait and wait, there would be people. What is this?! More interesting, after I came back from lunch, it was around 16:00, there was only one reception who was earlier beside the Arabic-dressing lady. She asked me to wait, and then started to clean her own hands, and the tables. It was at least 5minutes later when a gentleman come to the reception, she asked the gentleman to make checkin for me. What are these rubbish service and rubbish workers the hotel has! It was my first experience for such kind of hotel service during the past 40years around the world!"

"Overall it is good and I am satisfied with the service at this price. Although it is a little bit far from downtown area, the transportation is acceptable. Gym and breakfast are good!"
