"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The highlight of the property is definitely the pool and the customer service . The infinity pool overlooking the water and surrounding landscape was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. It truly felt like a luxury experience. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The food was very good, with a great selection and quality, and the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic stay with beautiful views, great amenities, and excellent service. I would happily return!"

"Hotel bit tired and definitely lot more attention needs to be paid to the housekeeping,cleanliness and maintanance of existing facilities.Some rooms had ants in the bathroom. Swimming pool has no lounger beds only some flat benches which are not the most comfortable if you want to lie down. Although staff was lovely and helpful, will advise and get you a tricycle around town or van to the airport at your request. Location was good close to main street so easy to get some food or organise trips or get a massage in town. Coron max 2 nights 3 days unless you are diving as not much to do there. Breakfast very basic but eatable, restaurant upstairs with some food options if you can't be bothered to go out to eat."

"The view from the window overlooking the bay is breathtaking—definitely avoid rooms with a different view! The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that! The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings. The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar."

"The room was big and spacious! Lots of pools to swim in. Offered free afternoon tea/meriander which was lovely! Location is a little further from the city centre, but is a 10 mins scotter ride, they offer free bikes to ride. Lovely pool with amazing view of sunset!"

However, the room was quite small, which might be a downside for guests with larger luggage or those staying longer. Breakfast was simple with limited choices, but still tasty and satisfying. "I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and effortless. I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, check-in was seamless, and my bags were taken straight to my room which made the arrival feel extra special. The room itself was spacious and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with welcome chocolates and brownies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was fully equipped with everything you’d need: bottled water, a hairdryer, toiletries, a coffee station, and a fridge stocked with drinks and snacks for purchase. It felt comfortable and well-prepared for guests. One thing that really impressed me was the laundry service. They had my clothes washed and returned within three hours, which was incredibly convenient and efficient. The pool area is absolutely stunning and very clean. They have three restaurants on site, which gives great variety. I ordered poolside nachos with a carrot and apple drink and it was delicious. Breakfast is a proper buffet, leaning toward a full English-style spread with plenty of options. That said, I do think the bathroom could use a bit of attention. Water leaked through the shower door when showering, the shower head could benefit from a deep clean, and I noticed a few drain flies. It didn’t ruin my stay, but it’s an area that could definitely be improved. I also experienced a small issue at checkout. They were unable to provide change when I was settling my bill, which delayed things. There were only two staff members assisting with checkout, and although I was scheduled to leave at 6:00am with a breakfast pack, I only managed to leave at 6:30am and unfortunately without the breakfast. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. With a little more attention to bathroom maintenance and smoother early-morning checkout coordination, it would be close to perfect. I would still happily return."
