Amenities were good, nice big pool, easy access to the room by the lift? Although is only one. Food and service too notch - plenty of options for the breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury, Asian and Western food available). People were very friendly and helpful, especially Kent from the restaurant/pool bar and Micah from reception. The distance from the beach is about 10-15 minutes, trikes are available if needed. The transport service between the mainland and Boracay is very easy, convenient and price is competitive with the other providers (I chose their transport service as it is very very convenient - they have their own private port). 5 minutes distance from supermarket quite a big one up the hill. The best part is that the hotel has staff downstairs by the lift that offer a big list of activities, all the way from helicopter 🚁 island tour to snorkeling, gun shooting, islands hopping etc. - I used their service as the price is below the market by 200-300 PHP, highly recommended!

We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

I want to start by commending the housekeeping and room quality. My room was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours.

Our stay at this hotel in Boracay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. The staff and manager were outstanding very friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were more than happy to assist with all of our requests, making sure we were comfortable and satisfied at all times. Their excellent service really made our vacation extra special. The room and facilities were beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere after a long day at the beach. You can really feel the attention to detail and care put into keeping the place spotless and inviting. As a small and friendly suggestion, it would be wonderful to have a full-body mirror in each room. It would be a nice addition for guests to do a quick outfit or fit check before heading out to enjoy Boracay 😊 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boracay. We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at Belmont Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The breakfast buffet was another highlight—there were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. We also want to commend one of the trainees, Abram. He stood out with his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help. His excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Belmont is lucky to have someone like him on their team! Overall, We highly recommend Belmont Hotel Boracay and will definitely stay here again.

Awesome clean, very good location. Though not on the beach but just 3 min walk to beach. All employees are well behaved and courteous. Booked two rooms for 5 nights and found the towels have stains some days. Hand towels are provided on request. Rooms are cleaned once a day whenever requested. Very good attitude but they sometimes do not or forget to refill the amenities, upon informing immediately takes action. Though not a big issue, but they do not provide Wellcome drinks and even do not provide water to drink even your are thirsty before checkin. This is inhumane. They also did not provide extra glass in room for guests visiting us repeatedly. Do not believe they do not have extra glass. Breakfast is only Philippine food, everyday almost same. One day they served us grilled chicken for us since beef was in the menu for breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Thank you for making our first trip to Boracay truly memorable, especially for my senior father. We loved the room, amenities, food, pool, and overall service. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!

We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay! You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party. One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!
