You can also walk to the town outdoor basketball court, baseball/soccer field, and an outdoor ice skating rink in winter time.You will be offered beach guest parking pass so you can enjoy either the local Dewey beach or Georges Mills beach. The Dewey beach is a really nice local beach with warm clear calm water in the summer time. It features life guard, snack bar, kayak and paddle board rental, picnic tables, and a playground. Perkins Pond offers 160 acres for fishing, water skiing, tubing, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking and canoeing and is seldom crowded. The largest resident powerboat is 23’. We suggest 20’ maximum. A picnic lunch on the lawn or deck will likely include waves and greetings from friendly neighbors as they enjoy their yards and boats. Gas and charcoal grills as well as picnic tables and lots of chairs are provided. An evening fire in the Chiminea is a great place to gather after a fun day. The game room has a pool table, foosball and air hockey for rainy days and after dark. There are 3 bedrooms with AC. One has a king bed and the other 2 have queens.
