A nice little place, good beds, good breakfasts, an easy access guest house on our way to the coast.

Great room, door on 1st floor stairs could do with something to stop it slamming shut other than that nice little stay for work and i had good quiet guest

Very clean, very comfortable bed. The property is beautiful and really well decorated, keeping the original features. Plenty parking and a great location for Norton Village. Really easy access and all check in’s done online prior. Would definitely stay again

Small room, but perfect for one person. En-suite, desk and comfortable bed. Very clean, inviting, and value for money. One word of warning - the breakfast was so good that all others served elsewhere will be likely to disappoint. I will certainly be returning when next the opportunity arises.

Lovely large bright and clean room with all the facilities needed including packs of teas, coffees and biscuits. We also had an excellent cooked breakfast served by a very pleasant and friendly landlady. My wife and I would definitely recommend

Fantastic clean and friendly place, great breakfast selection and quality ingredients for the full english. Second time of staying there and as good as I remembered, will look forward to staying again 🙂 Great parking and easy walking distance to shops and food/drink

Plenty of parking. Extremely easy check-in. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk from the village with places to eat and drink. Quite at night and would stop again.

Undiscovered diamond I find this property almost perfect for myself. Exceptionally clean, friendly and wonderfully positioned. Just off the A19, the exterior belies just how comfortable Kingswood is, the staff are unbelievably friendly and so easy to deal with and you get treated as a person ! Also, Just on the edge of Norton which allows all possible eating options. Don’t overlook this gem !!

Nice clean and cosy

Good pleasant room A newly refurbished property with good shower and wash facilities and a comfy room in general. THe room was a little compact for a double bed, otherwise very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable

Amazing! Amazing accommodation. I just need to have a sleepover for my morning meeting in the area. Very nice room - spacious. Beautiful and clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. For the price really nice room.

Good level B&B All in very good. Self check in was easy. I was only in single room but it was spacious enough and warm enough. Breakfast was nice but fresh fruit would have been good. Only thing was a continual banging noise when trying to sleep and in the morning. Not sure if it was coming from heating.

Northern Hospitality! The room was small however it was perfect for my needs! The interior of the building was very very clean! Bed was very comfortable! Tea, coffee was provided! Bathroom looked like it was brand new! I would give my stay 9 out of 10. If u are in or near Stockton , Kingswood is a perfect place to stay! Big thumbs up!
