"The hotel in the small town of Kazbegi is located on the hillside, with Mount Kazbek in the distance. We checked in on the evening of September 22. The hotel is a single building with standardized rooms and facilities, simple and bright. The weather is cold, but the floor heating warms the heart. Breakfast was specially prepared for the four of us, which was great! There is parking space and an elevator. Recommended to stay."

"This is one of the best places I've stayed in a long time. The room is new and very clean, there is hot and cold drinking water in the foyer, and the views out the window are world class. It can be a little hard to find, but after you see the 10 Stefatsminda sign, go into the metal door (see photos). The photo of Gergeti Trinity Church I included was taken from the room. It's incredible. I have only good things to say about this place. It's amazing."

"I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests. I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was wonderful."

"A lovely place at the end of Kazbegi village. Beautiful both front and back mountain scenery. Calm and quiet. Easy 5 minutes walk to minivan station. Along the way there are a few supermarkets. Can clearly see the Gergeti Trinity Church from the accomodation. It is literally right in front. Booked the room with balcony mountain view: Cleanliness 💫💫💫💫💫 Size 💫💫💫💫💫 Comfort💫💫💫💫💫 Definitely recommend this place."

"The hotel's only redeeming quality is its excellent location, offering the best views in town – though it also comes with the highest price tag. The hotel facilities are quite outdated, and the bed, in particular, was extremely uncomfortable! Now, for the most important issues: 1. Guests who book through Ctrip are invariably assigned rooms on the 'shaded side,' which offer absolutely no view, compounded by ongoing construction noise downstairs (Photo 1). 2. To upgrade to a room with a view, we had to pay an additional 461 Lari. Even then, we were only given corner rooms, with no other options available! 3. Service! Or rather, the complete lack thereof. The staff were rude and unhelpful! We requested water from housekeeping and waited a full two hours! 4. During breakfast, we had the misfortune of being in the same room as two tables of incredibly loud 'Shanghai aunties.' The entire breakfast area felt like it was about to explode – I swear the noise was enough to make a volcano erupt (Photo 2)! On a side note, while out and about, we noticed several other hotels with equally good locations (like the one in Photo 3) that could serve as much better alternatives."
