"Everything about the room was great, from the view to the facilities. However, the owner only speaks Georgian, which made communication a bit difficult. On the way to the hotel, there's a cattle pen with a very aggressive white dog that barks furiously whenever it hears people. The fence is also quite low, so I was constantly worried the dog might jump over it. It was truly terrifying! The owner should really talk to the neighbors about raising the fence to keep the dog contained."

"The view from the window was incredible; we watched the sunrise and Mount Kazbek peek out from the clouds. The window was floor-to-ceiling, so you could admire the view without getting out of bed. All five stars for that 🫶 The room was clean with simple but pleasant renovations. The soundproofing was poor. The mattress was very hard. The room was warm; apparently, they only turn the heating on when needed. Outside, the temperature ranged from 6 degrees at night to 18 degrees during the day. The bathroom was pleasant and the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was good, with all the basics. It's a shame the coffee was instant, but that's common in hotels in Georgia. Value for money 🔥"

"The cottage is located right below the ROOM hotel. It is clean and tidy, with new facilities. You can cook. Call the hotel before checking in and they will tell you the key code. The balcony of the room faces the Trinity Church and the snow-capped mountains. If you are lucky in the morning, you can see the sunrise on the Golden Mountain. The overall feeling is very good"

"Do yourself a favour and KEEP a distance from this place. The room description says balcony. It didn’t have one it was the oldest room of the whole hotel. The noise from people going up and down the stairs means sleeping impossible. No staff working for the morning and that meant no breakfast without any warning. We only found out by a note left for other guests. Note and balcony photos attached."
