Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. "Great location. Love the convenience to the Ushuaia party in the afternoon and Club Hi just across the street. Rooms are a bit small but acceptable. The parties at the hotel are awesome!"

"Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel."

"Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza."
