This unique place has a style all its own. It’s an open concept studio for two on the “quietside” of Mount Desert Island. This cozy, newly constructed nook is the perfect place to rest your head after exploring all our island has to offer! Note, there is no oven or cooktop. Your kitchenette will provide a sink, refrigerator, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. To see Sea Breezes in it's entirety, be sure to watch the video located at the very end of the photo gallery. Sea Breezes is a two-bedroom cottage directly on the shore with 3 baths. One bath has a shower and a washer/dryer; one has a two person shower and the third is single person shower. There is a king suite on the first floor with flat screen TV and two twins in the upstairs bedroom. A sleep-sofa is available in the twin bedroom for a maximum occupancy of six. The cottage faces east which makes morning coffee on the deck, overlooking the water, delightful. There is a shared dock with two other cottages with row boat and 4 kayaks at the water's edge for our tenants use. Cozy sectional sofa and a power lift recliner chair to enjoy the quiet evenings at the fireplace or TV . The dining table fits 8 , with space for a wheelchair - for the memorable family and friends gatherings . The kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with everything you might need (dishes ,silverware ,pots and pens ,glasses , and the most basics spices ) . The appliances and sink are installed with accessibility in mind for a person in a whealchair . There is as well a big kitchen island and bar stools. The 2 French doors in the kitchen and living lead to a big deck ,half roofed , that has cozy outdoor furniture and a porch swing the size of a twin bed that you can take a nap during nice summer days. The grill is on the deck and the outdoor hot tub. There is a special ADA lift equipment for people in wheelchair to be able to use the hot tub as well.
