Recently finished home on wooded, residential road in Bass Harbor, on the quiet side of Mt. Desert Island (renovations completed spring 2012). Home has a great layout and comfortably accommodates a large family, two families, or several couples. The kitchen, appliances, bathrooms, fixtures, and many furnishings are brand new. A gas fireplace in the living room can take the chill off a Maine morning or evening. Bedrooms include a king-sized master with private bath, queen-sized bedroom, and a bunk room which sleeps 4. There is a front porch and large rear deck off the kitchen. The home is tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The owners have young children and are happy to accommodate yours.
