Lovely hotel very clean and calm and peaceful. Gym was smaller than expected and weights don’t go more than 20kg. Ac works great. The pillows were like balloons which wasn’t comfortable but overall stay was lovely.

Great service and cleanliness. Very accommodating staff and the rooms are beautiful. The staff are amazing and the facilities are great. Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work!

We needed a place to crash and rest, and honestly had zero expectations—but Casa Di Ora completely surprised us! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a beautiful, practically new hotel. There was a small hiccup at reception, as they initially couldn’t find our reservation even though we had made full payment beforehand. Thankfully, it was quickly resolved, and we were given our room. The room itself was very nice—modern, clean, and comfortable. One thing to note: the bathroom could use some maintenance as the water doesn’t drain very well. The hotel is stunning overall, with a gorgeous pool that we couldn’t get enough of. And the breakfast… wow! Absolutely 10/10. The food, the service, and the variety of items were incredible. Overall, Casa Di Ora exceeded all expectations. Beautiful, modern, comfortable, and with exceptional service and food. I highly recommend this place!

I had the pleasure of staying at City Centre Rotana Doha and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it a standout choice in the heart of Doha. The location is superb — directly connected to City Center Mall and just minutes from West Bay, the Corniche, and other major landmarks. Whether you're in Doha for business or leisure, the convenience is unbeatable. My room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished, with a stunning view of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had everything I needed — from fast Wi-Fi to a well-appointed work desk and luxurious bathroom amenities. The breakfast buffet was a daily highlight, offering an impressive selection of international and Middle Eastern dishes. I was particularly impressed by the variety and quality of the food, as well as the attentive and courteous service from the restaurant staff. Other hotel facilities — including the pool, fitness center, and spa — were well-maintained and inviting. The gym was well-equipped and perfect for keeping up with a routine during travel. What truly stood out, though, was the hospitality. Every staff member I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or concierge, the service was consistently excellent. City Centre Rotana Doha is a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and accessibility. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Doha.

I recently stayed at Donatello Hotel in Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. I was traveling with my family, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The suite was spacious and quiet, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we needed. Everything was spotless, and housekeeping did a great job each day. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—especially at the reception. They were quick to assist with anything we needed, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Special thanks to the front desk team for their hospitality. The location is great, especially if you're coming from the airport—it’s only a short drive away. There's also free parking and Wi-Fi, which made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend Donatello Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or with family. Great service, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay overall. Would stay here again without hesitation!

Hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel was little outdated for my liking and wasn't too keen on the room amenities. The location was good and I enjoyed the 93rd National day festive celebrations.

One Cheapest international chain hotel in Jeddah.. small no view room, bit Humid carpet. Water at bathroom but yellow. Old furnished, with firm bed matras. Breakfast not that bad..but no standby cooker at the egg stay, lazy for service. They lock the fitness center and the pool. You have to ask them if you want to use it.

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.
