First, this hotel is not a hotel in the strict sense, and there is no 24-hour front desk (which caused us a lot of inconvenience later) Second, we booked the most expensive room type in this hotel, but it is very far from the sea and the volcano! It is on the mountain! It is very inconvenient to go to the beach or any check-in point, and it takes a long time to drive a winding mountain road to get there! In our opinion, the sea view and volcano view are completely gimmicks. Third, there was a sudden power outage at 11 o'clock in the evening. We didn't have time to wash up, and we called the staff on WhatsApp and sent messages for a long time without receiving a reply! It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel.

We spent a fantastic week in this hotel. It was amazing to have direct access to a beautiful private beach as well as an infinity pool. There were plenty of loungers to relax. The location was great, right on the sea side and close to the train station. The shuttle service provided by the hotel that takes you into Taormina was also excellent. The staff were all super friendly too. However I felt that there was a lack of affordable meal options and the breakfast offering became monotonous after some days. Overall a very special place that I look forward to returning to one day.

Very strategic location to get to anywhere in Taormina. Marco, the owner even waited for us in front of the hotel and helped us with the luggage. Room is very clean and refurbished. He had a pdf which recommends restaurant, pubs etc. always responsive on WhatsApp.

酒店位於半山腰，沿途都是風景。由於是淡季，2月自駕前往不需要擔心ZTL，但3月或4月酒店別墅和泳池餐廳區域才會開放。酒店公寓區域是在別墅旁邊不遠處單獨一棟樓，儘管是一間公寓，但這是我在西西里住的最美好的房間。超大的空間，面朝大海的大床，可同時欣賞海景和埃特納火山的陽台，每天從床上醒來都會擁有最美好的心情。酒店工作人員非常友好和熱情，提供了管家式的服務，幫助我們挪車、入住、搬運行李，並主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。陶爾米納粉色的夕陽是這次旅程最好的歡迎禮物。

Все понравилось. Как-будто побывали в Италии 1980 г., интерьер, кондиционер, и сантехника в ванной. Побывали в другой эпохе, спасибо персоналу за создание атмосферы.

陶爾米納才是西西里的正確打開方式，如果意大利衹能選一個城市休閑度假，那一定是陶爾米納👍這個因《白蓮花度假村》爆火的小鎮滿足了我一切想象，無論是海景和街景都讓人慾罷不能。巴勒莫定了歐洲之星，陶爾米納也定了歐洲之星，不得不説選擇太正確了！坐落在懸崖上的酒店美到失語，房間有獨立陽台，站在陽台上俯瞰地中海和泳池真的覺得舟車勞頓頓時消除。早餐繼續延續了歐洲之星的豐富，水果很甜，還有好吃的冰沙。一邊吃早餐，一邊看露台上的鴿子，簡直太愜意。唯一的bug就是酒店吹風機太老了，感覺這送歐洲酒店的通病，請戴森贊助一下吧哈哈哈😄PS：酒店距離四月九日廣場和古希臘劇場都很近，小鎮特別好逛，還有各種美食，陶爾米納絕對是南意最棒的城市！
