"The hotel has an exceptional location overlooking the Etna volcano, but high above Taormina. The road to the hotel is quite challenging, solid, but steep and very winding, going up ramps or the far edge of a steep hill. The hotel is beautiful, architecturally interesting, the receptionist a little haughty, a little shy, but once you put that aside and look out into the countryside, then it's OK. Breakfast could have been richer. The hotel is worth a visit and a stay."

"Отель стоит на горе, прекрасный вид. Но нужно понимать, что это не пляжный отель. Формально есть выход на пляж от бассейна, но он очень крутой и в жару подняться от моря это занятие только для подготовленных физически людей. И он дикий. На морской пляж нужно ездить на машине 5 минут Maya Beach, парковка+два лежака+зонт 35 евро в день. Полотенца свои. Завтрак вкусный, но все 4 дня был одинаковый. Сам отель чистый и уютный. Далеко от цивилизации , стоит один на горе. Есть много мест для парковки. Есть платный трансфер в Таормину. Ужин за 35 евро нормальный, но без восторга. Вечером есть шоу программа."

"The most amazing experience ever.  The view from our balcony - we stayed on the 4th floor and had the most magnificent view of the sea, the whole Taormina city.  Glorious during the day and spectacular during the night.  The breakfast was beyond expectations. There was so much food, lots of different types of bread. Croissants, egg and bacon, fresh cold meats, cereals, different coffee machines , fruit and on and on.  It was located at the top and we caught a bus for 2euros to the hotel. It was a 5 mins walk to the main hub. Perfect!!!! The pool was amazing. The view was something out of a movie with its picturesque background.  The verandah nearby had tables where you could enjoy a drink and relax.  O really the rooms and facilities were beyond expectations and we would have liked to have stayed longer but we had already booked our other hotels in another city.  5++++ experience that we will never forget."

"First of all, I don't know why this hotel has such a high rating. First, this hotel is not a hotel in the strict sense, and there is no 24-hour front desk (which caused us a lot of inconvenience later) Second, we booked the most expensive room type in this hotel, but it is very far from the sea and the volcano! It is on the mountain! It is very inconvenient to go to the beach or any check-in point, and it takes a long time to drive a winding mountain road to get there! In our opinion, the sea view and volcano view are completely gimmicks. Third, there was a sudden power outage at 11 o'clock in the evening. We didn't have time to wash up, and we called the staff on WhatsApp and sent messages for a long time without receiving a reply! It was only after 2 hours, at more than 1 o'clock in the morning, that we received a reply, and it was after the water and electricity were restored to normal. We waited for a long time in vain, and all our electronic devices needed electricity, but unfortunately we spent this night in a very worried and bad mood, which undoubtedly affected the mood of the trip. Although the hotel can check in early and provide champagne service upon request, I don't think this is what the staff let us recall as a ”benefit” on WhatsApp. The power outage and water outage are not your fault, but I think your attitude is not very sincere, just superficial. No matter what you say, you should know it in your heart. To be honest, I didn't see the hotel's symbolic compensation for such a long power outage, because it really affected our mood at the time. But anyway, this hotel is not recommended. If you have a car and you don't have high requirements for sea views and volcano views, if you don't want to go to the beach and can get there quickly, you can book this hotel."

"酒店位於半山腰，沿途都是風景。由於是淡季，2月自駕前往不需要擔心ZTL，但3月或4月酒店別墅和泳池餐廳區域才會開放。酒店公寓區域是在別墅旁邊不遠處單獨一棟樓，儘管是一間公寓，但這是我在西西里住的最美好的房間。超大的空間，面朝大海的大床，可同時欣賞海景和埃特納火山的陽台，每天從床上醒來都會擁有最美好的心情。酒店工作人員非常友好和熱情，提供了管家式的服務，幫助我們挪車、入住、搬運行李，並主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊景點。陶爾米納粉色的夕陽是這次旅程最好的歡迎禮物。"

"Great experience! Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning. Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night. Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants. The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free. Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge! Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time. The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away."
