"The hotel was neat and clean that staffs helped clean the bathroom and bed every day, we had an incredible stay in 4 nights.
However, they didn’t offer kettle for boiling hot water, and their reason was that we had booked a standard room and hence no kettles were provided. If we needed hot water, we could only get it from the bar which closed at 22:30, meaning that if we got back to the hotel later than 22:30, there’d be no hot water for the whole night. For those who might want cup noodles for supper, you better do it before 22:30 :)
For the location, it was quite far away from the city centre, there was bus stop right next to hotel, but the bus never came… we had waited for at least 30 minutes but still couldn’t see our bus coming. The faster way is to ride scooters. If you’re heading to pier / airport / train station carrying large luggage, you better ask the staffs to call taxi for you, which cost about €15 from hotel to Palermo Centrale station."

"Rooms are big and clean. Pool is not great but nicly located at top floor. What I really fid nit like is how they handle luggage storage. It’s kept in open room close to reception theoretically reception watches over it but when i came to pick up my luggage stuff at front desk was overwhelmed with guests and just walked in took my stuff no questions asked (and people in reception weee different shift that did not know me, so ai would not be v supportive if anyone could walk in and take your luggage)"

"Very good overall. The breakfast was actually fantastic. The location was b close the main nubs one towards the city centre. The bus cost about 1.30. A taxi or uber is 15-20 euros but the walk is just 20 minutes city centre. City tax is also very cheap!"

"The hotel was not obvious for us - when we arrived, we drove around for about 10 minutes looking for a sign before parking on the wrong side of the road, and having to call for instructions. It was our fault, as the hotel tried contacting us earlier in the day but we did not have signal to take the call. Once we were instructed to the right place, it was super straightforward as Gianluca buzzed us in remotely, and upon verifying ID, let us into the unit and our bedroom. The lift in the building was super cool - for this experience alone I recommend staying in this hotel.
The room was charming. Our previous hotel was a suite so this felt a bit small, but it was homely all the same. The small downside was how warm it felt in the room. The air conditioning wouldn't work with the windows open, but it wasn't running very strong. At night, we preferred keeping the window open for some fresh air instead. The poster bed added a quaint and romantic feel to the room, and we were absolutely spoilt with a surprise of a bottle of Prosecco as a gift! Of course, the highlight of the whole place was the jacuzzi in the bathroom. As we both had to do some work and also were tired from a road trip, all of these little touches made the stay in this hotel incredibly luxurious for us. I really recommend this place for a romantic getaway or a honeymoon."

Located just a few minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and wonderful outdoor markets, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Palermo. Highlights for me were the attention to detail in the rooms and the delicious buffet breakfast served in the beautiful and tranquil courtyard. I cannot wait to go back.

VVieraskäyttäjäLoved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!
The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues.
Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

First, this is the cleanest place I saw in my trip. They ask you every morning if you want a cleaning when they bring you breakfast. The bathroom/shower room is modern and same as the picture. The body soap, shampoo, conditioner was a Sicily one that was very nice of them. The public space was so good, they had balcony so it would be great to take pictures for instagram.
Secondly, the breakfast. Insanely great. You can choose 2 things from about 15 types of dishes such as sandwiches or yogurt or fruits. For drink you can pick 1 from about 15 types such as cappuccino or hot chocolate. They have milk choices like oat milk and almond milk that is amazing in this price. For spread, you can choose 2 from about 10 types such as honey or Nutella or almond butter or many flavors of jam. For a dessert, you can choose a cake from 2 or 3 types they have that day. You can choose where you want to eat room or public space.
Thirdly, the staffs were a lot more kind and friendly then the average of sicily.
Nice place absolutely recommend!!

If however you need a place to get a good nights rest this may not be your best bet. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear the other tenants through the walls and even the people they were on the phone with past 1 am. Traffic outside the window can also be heard very clearly. If you’re not a light sleeper this is a good stay.

We booked Mia Terra expecting a hotel — but it turned out to be more of a one-man bed and breakfast. From the start, nothing went smoothly. We had decided to take up the host’s offer of an airport shuttle (not cheap), as one of us only had one evening in Palermo and every minute counted. The shuttle arrived 15 minutes late, and when we finally reached the property, no one was there to check us in, causing yet another delay — even though the host had personally arranged our transport and knew our arrival time. The host then offered excuses that didn’t line up with the shuttle driver’s story (which btw, the driver didn’t even know our destination — we had to guide him — and only accepted cash, which we weren’t told in advance.)
Check-in was confusing and disorganized. Despite several text messages from the host to confirm our room setup (which should have been clear from the booking), he had still assigned the wrong rooms and once again found excuses, incorrectly blaming the booking platform. When we asked him to fix it, he was reluctant but eventually agreed — behaving as if he were doing us a favor — though he did offer free breakfast as compensation, which we didn’t need.
Since there is no staff at the property. The host promised to respond to messages “within minutes,” yet replies often took hours. The whole experience felt like a single person trying to run a hotel alone — and it shows.
To be fair, the rooms were clean and comfortable, although in one of them, the shower faced the bedroom through a glass wall, so you had to shower in the dark for privacy.
Overall, the service and professionalism fell far short of hotel standards. If you’re expecting the reliability of an actual hotel, look elsewhere.

VVieraskäyttäjäVietimme tässä hotellissa lyhyen aikaa. Sen tärkein etu on sen sijainti, 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta.
Se ei kuitenkaan ole oikea neljän tähden hotelli. Huone oli pieni ja ennen kaikkea vanhanaikainen. Hotelli ei selvästikään ole Accor-ketjun muiden neljän tähden hotellien tasolla. Se kaipaa kipeästi remonttia. Suihku on pieni ja kylpyhuoneen maali hilseili paikoin. Kaiken kaikkiaan hotellilta puuttui viehätystä.
Aamiainenkaan ei yltänyt neljän tähden tasolle. Buffet oli suppea, kahvinkeitin oli automaattinen, mutta ei kunnollista leivänpaahdinta, ja leivonnaiset olivat loppu joka päivä (aamiainen sulkeutuu klo 10.00, joten unohda pitkä nukkuminen...).
Meillä ei ollut huono oleskelu, mutta olimme pettyneitä laatuun, joka oli paljon alle sen, mitä neljän tähden Accor-hotellilta odottaisi.

LLarissa Lopez CoronadoPasando una ola de calor los 3 dias de mi hospedaje, la mejor decision que pude hacer fue insistir en este hotel por la piscina, vaya que la disfrutamos! Un ambiente de lo mas chill con el dj, el jardin que lo envuelve y la exquisita temperatura del agua. Facil acceso a disfrutar de bebidas y comidas en las areas comunes. Tumbonas en buena cantidad y disposicion. El desayuno fabuloso, con una gran variedad para todos los gustos y muy completo entre zumos, fruta fresca, embutidos, platos calientes, omelettes y por supuesto buen cafe! La atencion de Leo y en general de todo el staff fue excepcional. La habitacion y baño decorados con muy buen gusto y estilo moderno, con buen armario y espacio para mesa, sillon y buena TV. Dormimos como angeles. Todo muy limpio, lo unico que fue muuuy desagradable era el permanente olor a cañeria que denota lo viejo del edificio reformado. Siempre con espacio para aparcar y aunque a unos 12-15 minutos andando del centro del palermo, diria que una ubicacion genial y estrategica. Super Recomendable!

The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day.
