The hotel's communication is not prompt or effective. Also, the hotel address was changed to a new address after the hotel confirmed my booking. The distance from the hotel beach changed from 5 to 12 minutes, and the promise of 24-hour reception changed to no reception. The access code was not sent out promptly after checking in, but I only got it from the hotel after Trip contacted the hotel. The flat is newly refurbished with an open kitchen. The bathroom has only one towel for each person for a 4-day stay. The extra towel costs you €10. The water pressure is strong and quick hot water. The kitchen has everything you need, but the tableware is not visible. There is a kettle but no coffee maker. The living room and bedroom have windows, but we are at the same level as the people on the street. We don't feel private and comfortable opening the window or even with the shade curtain closed with the window opened. The washing and drying machine is shared with other travellers on the rooftop. The cleaning function is good, but the drying doesn't function well. The hanger was only found on the last day after the cleaner showed it to me. The hotel should say it on the first day when I asked them, rather than asking me to give them a call while I was only on a data sim and could not make a call. The washing balls are provided. Beach umbrellas are also stored in a the lobby that is not visible to us until the day we checked out. I would say it has everything, but the communication skills of the hotel have room to improve.

Located along a vibrant stretch of beach, the hotel offers a lively atmosphere and beautiful coastal views. The spacious infinity pool is a highlight, nice for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Rooms are clean and well-kept, contributing to a pleasant and comfortable stay. Overall, a solid choice.

La verdad es que Cádiz nos encantó. La habitación es grande y espaciosa. Tiene todo lo que necesites para relajarte y disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones. Una mención especial la merece Rocío (recepción) que ha contestado a todas nuestras preguntas y nos dió unas cuantas sugerencias para ver los sitios más bonitos de la ciudad y las playas mejores. Muy amable y maja.

Hotel muy bien situado, limpio y habitación con encanto.

El servicio de recepción muy bueno, tanto telefónicamente tendiendo en cuenta necesidades y cumpliéndolas con cariño, la acogida por parte de recepción a la llegada también muy buena. El hotel es normalito, un lavado de cara en la decoración pero está viejo. No es un Meliá ni por asomo… he estado en bastantes y por motivos de trabajo en muchas cadenas de hoteles. Las fotos de la web y en plataformas parecen sacadas de otro hotel, muy bien hechas y te parece todo nuevo. Cuando llegue una decepción. Pasable, un tres estrellas sin pena ni gloria. La habitación el suelo sucio(se ve en las toallas con las que tuve que andar), los cristales una pena… pero pena, sin poder disfrutar de unas vistas tan fantásticas ya que está justo frente al mar, que esto sí que es un plus y agradecer el detalle que tuvieron en Recepción. Gracias! Es una mezcla de antiguo y viejo con parches nuevos toques el la habitación que el lavado de cara no tiene gusto ninguno. Vaya decepción teniendo expectativas que era de Meliá.. Toalla ya bastante trotadas. Sábanas bien. El desayuno de batalla, batalla, insisto que no es un cuatro estrellas. Había gran variedad, pero calidad muy justita tanto de la fruta, embutidos.. etc. Las personas del desayuno antipáticas, ni buenos días… un trato frio, nada que ver a los trabajadores de recepción que todos con los que trate muy correctos y receptivos. Está a unos 25 minutos paseando del centro de Cádiz, en la Playa de la Victoria con chiringuitos y el restaurante la Marea al lado. Un paseo agradable al centro por el paseo marítimo o bien tienes paradas de autobús el número 1 que tarda 10 minutos y está muy cerca del hotel. Prioriza estar frente a la playa y estar cerca del centro o si quieres estar en el propio casco histórico. Menos mal fue una noche.. pasable sin más! Tomen las fotos como mejoras constructivas, pero tela..,

廚房很大，廚房設施包含小的清洗用品也十分齊全，這個比較難得。洗漱用品夠用，毛巾也夠用，這個也非常好。服務人員也很熱心，十分感動。唯一就是洗澡熱水不夠用，另外房間的某些地方信號不太好，其他都不錯，建議入住。

I needed a hotel for a night in Cádiz before I went to the port to catch the ferry to The Canary Islands , the hotel is right on the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shops , friendly staff on reception and a lovely clean and modern room with private balcony , its advertised as a spa but there is no pool. I didn’t use any facilities other than my room but there is also a restaurant and rooftop bar . Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the end of a floor with a staff access elevator and the cleaners kept bringing stuff up and constantly making noise all evening till about 10:30pm , why they do it when people are trying to relax and sleep is beyond me , it ruins your stay , it wouldn’t of been an issue but I needed to get up at 6am to checkout for a walk to the ferry port , so don’t expect much sleep in this hotel as the doors are noisy and people are constantly banging and shutting them , also the walls are very thin I could hear someone snoring in the next room to mine, Overall tho a good stay 👍🏼

Had a lovely time , parking was an issue which we knew but advised to park nearby by reception. Lovely comfy bed . Had 3 days and had everything you needed ( kettle would have been a bonus ) no balcony if you needed to dry anything but we managed to. Lovely area on roof top with several sun loungers and a small pool .
