Impeccable service and hospitality from the B&B! Appreciate the airport transfer to & fro and helping with the luggage from the attraction entrance to the B&B which is a lovely gesture in this hot weather. Breakfast and afternoon tea were awesome and we were definitely well fed during our stay! Location was more than 5 stars if I could rate it and chilling outside the B&B doing people watching during evening/night time was such a relax moment for us. Thanks for the service and making my stay in 喀什 a memorable one!

酒店性價比絕了！價格親民，但是品質卻不打折。房間設施很新，都是智能馬桶，房間還有貴妃塌，跟朋友一起聊個天很方便，樓下就是便利店和餐廳，買東西吃飯超方便。酒店大堂也有貨櫃機，裏面有飲料水果啥的，真的真的方便，晚上很安靜，睡眠質量超高，還有很多特色禮品，挑到眼花

The team at Munage went above and beyond all expectations. We were met at the gate of the old city with a cart that took all our suitcases after a long and arduous border crossing from Kyrgyzstan. Upon reaching the accommodations, there was fruit and drinks waiting for us which set the tone for the stay. We were having issues with a misspelled name on our departing flight booking. Ah Zhe promptly took over the problem and shooed us out to explore while he called the airline relentlessly in order to solve our problem. By the next day, he sent us the confirmation of the corrected airline booking, which was after many hours of being on hold on the airline helpdesk. I have never ever had a hotel staff so willingly take over my travel issues with such ownership. This is hospitality of the highest order. On our last day, they had gifts for us and even booked and paid for our car to the airport. This standard of service is impossible to beat.

The hotel is excellently located near the tower and the Water Gate of the Ancient Town. The hotel is part of a Jiu Long (Nine Dragons) commercial space so some restaurants and convenience stores are close by. My room was comfortable and had everything I need. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. A few nicks to pick: Every time I put my key into the room slot both the semi shear curtain and the blackout curtain opened simultaneously, and I have to close the semi sheer curtain to preserve privacy since my room looked into another hotel room across the alley. The Xiao Kai automation didn't seem to actually do anything. I was told the breakfast buffet opened at 8:30, but some days it opened earlier. I went at 9 one day and we were actually out of white rice gruel - interesting for China. The dining area was too crowded when a tour group moves through and the kitchen can't seem to replace the food quickly enough.

I have stayed at other Campanile in China, Beijing and Shanghai and i love it so i choose this at Khasgar but i am disappointed with the amenities, breakfast, room and cleanliness. First they give us wrong type of room instead of superior room they given comfort room. I was asking what type of room on my room number, she just said it is correct room as staff given. When i show the room we got with the picture on the web, staff suddenly silent. There is no body lotion in the room, as i had experience at other Campanile. There is AC in the room but when we want to make room cold, staff said the AC only for warmer so what he offered was to open the window. Can you imagine? While we felt hot inside the room, but AC can only for warmer and at that time dust storm just happened so you can feel dust everywhere and can hear also people talking outside as window open. Along the corridor also dirty especially the area of lobby, restaurant, and lift. Breakfast only offered Chinese buffet, no coffee machine, no dessert, no yoghurt, no western food. I was really satisfied with breakfast at other Campanile.

Great hotel with very strategic location, walking distance to many landmarks incliuding Ancient City of Kashgar. New, clean and cozy environemnt. Good western foods serve in the restaurant, nice and good choices of breakfast. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wish to stay in this hotel again in my next visit to Kashgar.

The front desk is extremely helpful and courteous, especially the manager.  Location is perfect with close access to the Ancient City, restaurants and shops, and the theatre.  The hotel is gorgeous especially our room.  The room is huge, clean, comfortable beds, comfortable toilet and large shower.  The included breakfast is served in a wonderful space; large variety of food to choose from including won ton soup, udon noodles, bao, veggies, chow mein, boiled and fried eggs, sausages, cereal, toast, roasted yams and cob corn.  I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Staff were friendly but the hotel was kinda let down. Firstly when we arrived at the hotel, the air had a left over stale smoke at the corridor of our room. Our initial room also had the smoke left over smell. Luckily the staff was helpful and changed room promptly at our request. Furthermore, we came late October and it’s like 7 to 9 degrees c outside at night, but we were told there’s no heating because Kashgar has centrally controlled ground heating. However, I think this is not really acceptable because hotels nearby the ancient city (similar price point) we stayed had air conditioned heating. The toilet also clogged with normal use, and every time we use the toilet had to be extra careful, flushing a few pieces of toilet paper at a time. Again, the staff were great, when we phoned them, the repair man came immediately. All and all, I want to say the hotel is ran by great staff but the hardware is really not up to standard for my visit.

This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
