乾淨整潔的環境，接待人員態度親切，環境衛生！新飯店唯一的缺點就是，脫鞋走路時地毯與木地板的接縫處，隱藏的地毯小釘子會刺到腳底板。

The hotel looks a little dated and there’s a smell in the corridor. However, the room was super clean, toilet is big with a lot of counter space and so clean too!!! The bed was the best, super comfortable! Had such a good sleep. There is also a lot of space to open your luggage. Also love that it is floor rather than carpet. Makes it feel much cleaner. There’s a microwave in the room which makes it so convenient to heat up food. Location wise, it’s near a Supermarket and the area felt safe. Overall, a super comfortable stay, will definitely return!

I should have discovered this gem earlier. I visited Seattle for 5D4N but discovered this place incidentally and only stayed 2 nights. Fabulous! Very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and nice. The room is functional with everything I needed (except I was provided with a kettle only upon request). Price very good. Location also good, between the Space Needle and Pike Market. There're quite some homeless people and druggies around the bus stop nearly in front of the hotel but I was not that afraid as they were not offensive to passers by.

Hotel is Conveniently located near Line 1 - U District Station , only about 6 minutes walk to hotel from train station. We took Line 1 from airport to U District station. Hotel room is clean , spacious and nice and fits 2 queen size beds. Beds are also comfortable.  There is also complementary breakfast . Safeway supermarket and eateries are all nearby . Easy to take Line 1 to do sightseeing .

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

We ended up not staying there; we canceled our trip entirely. We called the hotel to cancel, but they wouldn't cancel for us, they told us to go through trips.com. But trips.com wouldn't cancel us either, because our cancellation was within the 30-day cancellation period. Most hotels do NOT demand 30 days for cancellations; they only require a few days. This hotel's policy is a big problem and we won't book there in the future. This is sad, because it is near our family and it looks like a very nice hotel. We won't ever use trips.com again, either. Thank you to Tai for his service at the hotel. He was always eager to help and offered assistance in every way. During my stay here, he was the person who made my experience the best.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

Everything is good except the breakfast, The restaurant is not very big and have to line up more than 10mins for food and its finished at 9am. The food is okay. Staff is nice and the hotel is clean. 8 mins walk to Space Needle, 20-25 mins walk to Pike market. Parking is $25 which is reasonable.
