Batts Family Park that offers a playground and a basketball court. The park also has a 920 foot boardwalk that extends out over the marsh. Our beach house offers a great entertaining area for family get togethers. This open and airy home has been renovated with all new white kitchen cabinets, gorgeous granite, stainless steel GE appliances, beautiful LVP flooring throughout and modern comfy furniture. On the back side of the house and facing the marsh and intercostal waterway, there are 2 spacious decks the full length of the house, to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and take in the stunning sunsets and beautiful marsh views. In the short distance, you can see boats cruising up and down the Intercostal Waterway. All Marshed Up offers 4 bedrooms, and 4 baths.
