"Needed to go to Prudential Center for a concert and decided that it is within walking distance. Check in was terrible. The front lady forgot about me after telling me to wait for 10 mins for my room. I requested for a room near the elevator as I hate walking down a long corridor, BUT she gave me the furthest room, next to the Exit stairs. Sigh….. Bed was comfortable. Rest of the room was ok but hot water took too long to heat up and the water pressure was pathetic. Elevator was slow and we had to wait a long time for the 2 elevators. Then in the evening one elevator broke down. The wait was excruciating long! At 1.30 am I got woken up by bratty kids stomping on my Neighbour’s door. And the nightmare began when the Neighbour from Hell decided to have a party in their room. I called the reception 3 times and they promised that they would send a security guard to ask them to quieten down. But the moment I hang up, I could hear their phone ring! No one came up and the noise continued. After the third call, someone finally came up and the party finally went away. I had to tolerate 3 hours of noise. The day before I was told that the airport shuttle would leave on the hour, every hour. So I came down at 7.45 am only to be told that it is half past every hour. So I had to wait for 45 mins in the lobby. At the lobby there were stragglers sleeping in the lobby. Overall I won’t come back to this hotel."

"Ideal für Besuche im Prudential Center, da es direkt daneben ist. Parken kann direkt neben dem Hotel im Parkhaus, ohne Probleme und wird dann im Hotel verrechnet."

"The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a significant advantage. However, some guests note that accessing the property without a car can be challenging, and the surrounding area lacks dining options. One guest commented, “The location was very difficult to get to without a car.”"

"The room was clean, modern and compact, albeit with limited furniture. The location is ok if you are the travelling in to Penn Station Newark - it’s about 6 minutes walk. The best feature was the hotel shuttle which was fast, efficient and gave us peace of mind to get to our flight on time."

"It was the clean, quiet and easy to get to after a late evening flight place I needed so I’m more than happy I chose it. However in Europe or the Middle East Holiday Inn hotels just looked better than and feel better - that’s why I don’t give it 5*."

"This was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well."

"The Hampton Inn Newark Airport is a conveniently located hotel just 10 minutes from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was great, and the room was a good size. However, I found my legs and feet itchy after sleeping in the bed, so I would recommend that the housekeeping staff focus on cleaning the bedding more thoroughly. The check-in process was a little cumbersome because I didn't have an international debit or credit card, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport. Here are some specific things that could be improved: The bedding could be cleaned more thoroughly to remove any allergens that may be causing the itching. The check-in process could be streamlined for guests who do not have an international debit or credit card. For example, the hotel could create a process where cash can be accepted for incidentals without having to wait to get approval from the manager. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hampton Inn Newark Airport. I would recommend it to people who are looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay near the airport."
