If any damage occurs to the pool liner, the guest is responsible for full replacement of the pool liner. The pool is serviced and chemically treated weekly. Surrounding patio/deck may be slippery when wet. Absolutely NO eating and/or drinking in the pool. The pool is serviced weekly, however, the host is not responsible for any organic debris (leaves, sticks, or anything considered natural/unnatural that can fall into the pool between the weekly service (usually Wednesdays) Pool skimmer is left on site for your use during your stay.** Pool is heated from NOVEMBER through the first week of April.***************************OUTDOOR FURNITURE: Outdoor furniture is provided for your personal enjoyment.
