Olin hiljattain EVEN Hotel Austin Downtown lähellä Domain, ja se oli fantastinen kokemus! Hotellin sijainti on uskomattoman mukava, helppo pääsy kauppoja, ravintoloita ja suuria moottoritiet. Olitpa täällä liiketoiminnan tai vapaa-ajan vuoksi, tarvitset vain minuutteja. Huone oli tilava, puhdas ja suunniteltu mukavuuteen. Sänky oli poikkeuksellisen mukava, ja rakastin modernia, hyvinvoinnin keskittynyt tiloja, kuten huoneessa harjoittelulaitteet. Kokonaisvibe oli tuore ja rento. Yksi parhaista osista? Raha on erinomainen. Verrattuna muihin hotelliin alueella, EVEN Hotel tarjoaa suuria hintoja ilman uhraamista laatua. Lisäksi pysäköintipaikka on valtava no stressaava kiertoradalla paikalle, joka on harvinainen perk keskustan alueilla. Jos etsit mukavaa, mukavaa ja kohtuuhintaista oleskelua Austinissa, suosittelen erittäin EVEN Hotel!

I really love the shape of the waffle—it’s a nice touch. The location is great, and the room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good, even though the selection is somewhat limited. Have no idea about the conditioner in the room, because no chance to use it. The weather was good over those days. However, there are no meeting rooms or quiet spaces available, which may be a drawback for business travelers who need a place to hold discussions.

Clean hotel with nice amenities (although our shower took in excess of 2 minutes to heat up). Perfectly located near the bustle of sixth street and a short walk to South Congress. We stayed over the weekend and the hotel was full of drunk university students, which meant noise at all hours. We added an additional night and our stay was soured when on checkout we were charged an extra $65; the staff member refused to honour the rate quoted by her colleague a day prior.

Cambria is a newer hotel amidst the redevelopment projects taking place near Rainey Street, a historic landmark of homes turned into entertainment venues. Cambria is opposite side of the spectrum with innovative decor and relaxation. Note that parking costs 49USD per day with valet access only. We chose not to rent a car based on our needs in Austin. Came to visit my son and his family with my eldest son, so we wanted to have some options near nightlife activities. Local drivers shared info on the changes made to the nearby historic street, and staff was friendly with all needs. The water statiins were a plus. Where I think Cambria can improve is in the price of the rooms, menu items and operation hours of their lobby bar/roof bar since staff was short during our stay. Walking to the entertainment street required the back alley short trek, and that aspect took away from the lush atmosphere of the hotel. Grafitti and Limestone hotel venues can easily adjust their marketung strategies towards in-house entertainment along with the Valet arrangement to flow more smoothly and affordably. It’s a lovely hotel which can become full circle staycation with a few adjustments regarding that aspect. New business developments working alongside grass roots businesses is key to smooth changes for both visitors and long-time locals. The pool atmosphere is great, the gym is clean, and the first floor waiting area an easy meeting spot.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the downtown area, with many restaurants and shops nearby. However, the breakfast buffet could be improved with more options.

It looks all was ok, but I got a parking bill with 10usd per night against their free parking policy. I sent an email without any reply.

Got a room for a convention and it was very clean and big! The staff were amazing and helpful. For downsides though with the refrigerator I had to refrigerate medicine and it stayed room temp

Have to say, having stayed at several hotels in the area, by a country mile this was by far the best & most enjoyable. The two ladies on reception were funny, full of exuberance & pleasure to interact with. Even if one thought speaking like Mary Poppins would make her an honorary British speaker… had to laugh.., keep it up ! Full marks for effort

Love the location but the rooms look old and tired. The guests rooms need to be updated and walk-in showers would be a definite improvement over the old bathtubs … especially since the bathroom is so small. The separate living area is nice but not imperative for most of us. Breakfast is lovely and free tho tipping for a custom breakfast order is nice but not expected. I was shocked to see they had started charging for parking last time I was there (this is a suburban business and shopping area, not downtown!) That left a bad taste in my mouth ….. enough that I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Be sure to figure that cost in when comparing rates! Call for latest parking fee.
