"Peaceful location, love the quietness in the morning when you wake up, and you can hear the birds chirping. At night we can see the clear sky with stars.
However the shower area in the room was leaking, and the water took awhile to drain away at the shower area so will need to stop the water for awhile or it will build up a mini flood in the shower area.
The drive in at night is quite dark down a dirt road without much lights. However there are signage along the way to guide you and when we reach the glamping area we were welcomed by arches of lights.
The area can be quite cold at night we went in Dec so we had mookata for dinner and it was good. Saw some people having grilled meat too. The check in area is actually at the restaurant. The service is good but the staff do not really speak English but we got by with Google translate.
There is an outdoor playground for kids and also and indoor play area but the indoor play area mat was stained so we just wore shoes in and there wasn't anyone tending that area. The whole area is big with Man made waterfall and a bridge further away but we did not walk up to the area, nice places for photo taking."

"The room had a dead lizard balcony looked like not been cleaned .
Breakfast eggs and food was cold tasteless with a lack of choice.
Location is the good part very central to everything as long as you drive.
Some staff very friendly but some not even a smile
I think the management’s could resolve this shortfalls to make it a good location to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wantanee Villa, and it was an exceptional experience. The villa is tucked away in a peaceful, serene location, making it the ideal spot for anyone looking to unwind. I am pleased with the service and the hospitality extended by the staff. It is a nice environment, and they provided excellent delicious breakfast.
However, some improvements are needed.
1) Sanitation. There are many houseflies in the hotel room. This can be better managed. And dogs should not be allowed into the breakfast area.
2) There are ongoing construction nearby during my stay. One is a minor hacking in one of the rooms. Another is a major construction opposite the river from my room. The construction started pretty early. The construction work can be seen from 2 of the photos posted.

Baan Kampu is an oasis of tranquility nestled in the heart of khaoyai and my recent stay there was nothing short of extraordinary, largely thanks to the impeccable hosting provided by the host. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was flawless.
The warmth and genuine hospitality extended by the were unparalleled. Every detail, from the personalized welcome to the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay, showcased a level of care and attention that is rare to find. He made me feel like a valued guest, attending to my needs with grace and efficiency.
The accommodations at Baan Kampu are equally impressive. The room was big offering a blend of modern comforts and country charm. The serene ambiance of the property, combined with the lush greenery surrounding it, provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city life.
The location also very to 7e . So it was so easy to find food even at night

Hotel was close to the busy road, but no street sounds could be heard. The only sound was from the nature in the back. AC was working really well, tv also, big refrigerator with the freezer too. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the reception, but they had everything that we needed.
Parking spot under the roof for our motorbike too. Person at the reception was very friendly and nice.
Only thing we didn't have good feeling about, was proper cleaning service. Alot of mold in
the bathroom and no bed sheets. They just give the thick blanket without any extra sheet also no sheet to put on the matras. It was just matrass cover sort of thing. But no bad smell so far. Windows was pretty dirty too. In our opinion hotel needs some cosmetic renovation and proper cleaning.

The accommodation was clean but there was a weird smell from the toilet. No smell after closing the toilet door. Wifi was laggy on and off but we were out most of the times so that’s okay. Breakfast was good and had a good selection.

เอาจริงๆคือไปเขาใหญ่ครั้งไหนก็พักที่นี่ค่ะ
พอเข้ามาจากถนนใหญ่ จะเงียบและเป็นส่วนตัวมาก
อาจจะดูเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ไม่ได้น่ากลัว
ที่จอดรถดี บริการดี อาหารเช้าก็พอใช้ได้ค่ะ
คือมันสมราคาค่ะ
ห้องใหญ่ที่อยู่ด้านบน จะแบ่งเป็นสองส่วน
ชั้นล่างไว้กินข้าวนั่งเล่นได้สบายๆ
วิวที่พักมองออกไปเป็นภูเขา
ถ้าไม่ซีเรียสมาก ที่นี่ถือว่าเป็นตัวเลือกนึงเลยค่ะ
จองง่าย เช็คอินเช็คเอาท์ง่ายมากค่ะ

First time in Thailand and our eyes were first set to Khao Yai because who wouldn't be tempted by the attractions it has and being Khao Yai National Park on top of the list. Aurora resort is the perfect place to stay if you're planning to check all the Khao Yai attractions off your list. We have stayed there for 4 days and I must say the resort is undeniably huge with a massive area to wander around. You wouldn't see too many people around the resort so the place is perfect if you wanted to escape the stress and just wanted to relax from a busy world. For a foreign like me, it is a bit of a challenge to communicate with their staff in English (but I know they're doing their best to understand you) and thankfully their resort manager is one call away and will definitely assist you with whatever activity you're planning to do, honestly anything you need. Very accommodating!
