After a flight delay that saw me arrive at KLIA close to midnight, Urban Inn Salak Tinggi was the perfect, no-fuss solution. Located just a quick 20-minute drive from the airport, it offered exactly what I needed: a clean, functional room without the airport price tag. The Essentials: Smooth Process & Spotless Room The check-in was straightforward. Note that there is a refundable RM50 safety deposit and the standard RM5 tourism tax. The receptionist was nice and efficient, which was welcome after a long journey. The room, while not large, was definitely worth it for a short transit stay. The best part was the toilet—squeaky clean—and the hot water was working perfectly, which is sometimes a gamble in budget hotels. Important Practicalities to Note · No Lift: Be prepared to use the stairs with your luggage. · Got a few Coway along the corridor · Shared Mini-Fridge: There's a shared mini-bar/fridge behind the reception where you can ”tumpang letak” your drinks or snacks. It's a thoughtful communal amenity. · TV Quirk: The TV needed a quick software update before it could be used. It was a minor, one-time hassle that didn't bother me, but it's worth mentioning. Verdict: Urban Inn Salak Tinggi delivers excellent value for its primary purpose: a clean, convenient, and affordable crash pad for airport transit. Don't expect luxury frills, but you can confidently expect a spotless bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a hassle-free stay. Ideal for: Solo travelers, couples, and budget-conscious flyers with late arrivals or early departures from KLIA/KLIA2 who prioritize cleanliness and proximity over amenities. Pack light if you're wary of stairs.

I stayed at Urban Inn Cyberjaya and overall it was a good experience for the price. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and main roads, making it easy to travel around Cyberjaya and nearby Putrajaya. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest.

Strategic location at Putrajaya. Right at the shopping mall and very convenient to find food. Room is spacious. However, the breakfast is packed breakfast that I think shouldn't not be offered at all. Anyone booking this hotel, need not book the room with breakfast. Full with disappointments only.

Номера не соответствовали картинке. Вроде бронировал один, приезжаю в другой. Был очень шумный номер, просил переехать. Переехала ещё более шумный номер. Попросил вернуть деньги. Очень тяжело возвращали, помогла только техподдержка трипком. В итоге заселили меня на одну ночь вообще в другом месте.

I recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient. The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout. One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session. In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.

We stayed in the First Class Family room. Somehow the room had smoking smell when we entered. We also found that even in the hotel corridor there are smell of smoke. I think the hotel should take drastic action to that their guest doesn't smoke in the hotel and also the hotel corridor. Breakfast is simple local dishes, not much choices. Parking is convenient in front of the hotel, weekend parking is free but week days need to pay.
