2. It is located in a community area with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
3. The hotel is surrounded by main roads on several sides, but the rooms are well soundproofed.
4. The reception staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help during their working hours. This was my first time staying here, so I asked for their assistance quite a lot until checkout.
5. If you plan to visit tourist attractions, you will need to take a bus for about 25–30 minutes to reach Hwaseong Fortress or Starfield Library. However, if you have a car, this hotel is definitely a great and worthwhile choice.

The hotel is only 3km from Suwon Station and 39km from Gimpo International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. The closest major public transportation, Suwon City Hall Metro Station, is only 400m away. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the KBS Suwon Center, Statue of Peace and Room Escape Cafe esc (Suwon ingyejeom) all nearby. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.

One thing that disturb my stay is that, those AHJUMMAS were so loud in the hall way, late at night and super early in the morning and sometimes were on the phone in front of my room. I can hear them clearly. Other than that, I would stay here again .. love it!!"

"The hotel has a good location — it’s within walking distance to a mini market, shopping mall, restaurants, and cafés. The male receptionist was very friendly and polite. However, the lady at reception was not friendly !We were only provided one bath towel, and when we requested another from her, she refused. I don’t understand why she declined to provide an extra towel."

"The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️"

"The price is unbeatable, and the location as well. The Hotel seems to be in the middle of restoration works, and it is quite messy and dirty in the common areas and floors, bur if you need a place to sleep in the centre, that's just perfect.
The garage got full, so I had parked outside and asked the receptionist if I could leave the car there, which he confirmed, by taking my licence plate number. Then when I came back after 22.00 the car was gone. Luckily the next receptionist helped me to get a taxi and go to get the car back. The fine was very reasonable. And the next night the garage was full again, but this time I went to the public garage instead."

AAnonyymi käyttäjäFamily room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel.
However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use.
Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

객실 컨디션이 사진과 거의 동일했어요.침구류가 정돈되어 있어 첫인상이 좋아요❤️침대 매트리스도 푹 꺼지지 않고 적당히 탄탄해서 숙면하기 괜찮았고, 자쿠지도 크기도 크고 깊어서 몸 담그기 너무 좋았어요 최고최고!
전체적으로 가성비가 좋고, 깔끔함과 실용성을 중요하게 생각하는 분들에게 적합한 숙소입니다:)

VVieraskäyttäjäI arrived way before check-in time and, without question, the owner gave me a key for a room that was already prepared. Very kind of him. Room was well equipped. I never heard any noise all night. Great value for the price.
Not being able to speak Korean I found it a bit hard to find but largely because the English translation of the name in Trip.com was different from what was actually on the hotels signs! Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.

It was in a good location and was fairly priced, seems like maybe an old love hotel type but spacious and does the job for a couple of nights, maybe not best if staying longer term.

SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.

The host agree check out 1130am, but 11am thre cleaning lady already and just open the door eventhough she knew from shoes outside the guest haven't check out. Other than this issue, i actually like the place, the vibe was good.
