오키나와 여행 숙소중에 최고였습니다. 일정으로 하루밖에 숙박하지 못 한 것이 아쉬울 정도 였어요. 오키나와 전통가옥의 외관과 일본의 가옥에서 볼 수 있는 다다미구조와 깔끔하게 정비되어있는 현대식 주방과 욕실도 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 숙소 뒷편에있는 바다에 갈 때에는 수풀이 우거져있어서 조금 힘들었지만 바다가 나오는 순간 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 수건도 넉넉하고 세탁기,건조기,세탁세제도 구비되어있어서 수영후에 수영복 관리에도 좋았어요. 전자레인지,포트,토스터기 모두 있어서 외부에서 음식 사와서 데워먹기에도 편했습니다. 에어컨성능도 좋고, 수압도 잘 나와서 머무는 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다. 밤 사이에 비가왔는데 숙소 밖의 풀벌레의 우렁찬 소리에 아침을 맞이했습니다. 아이가 제일 기억에 남는 숙소라고 합니다. 숙박동안의 유일한 단점은 체크인시에 문 열기가 좀 힘들었어요. 열쇠를 이용해서 수동으로 문을 여는 방식인데 잠금쇠가 너무 작아서 열리는 느낌이 잘 나지않아서 그런것도 같아요. 저희는 너무 안 열려서 옆동에 먼저와서 숙박중이신 외국인 손님께 도움요청해서 열었습니다. 그 분 말씀도 처음에 문 열때 힘드셨었다고 하셨어요.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at Churaumi Village. The house we rented was perfectly equipped and very functional. The warm and efficient welcome made everything easy — from booking a truly authentic restaurant in Motobu to getting recommendations for the Bise Beach that we loved, where we saw the most amazing litlle fishes. Breakfast was traditional Okinawan and delicious, and the room had clear information folders that made our stay even smoother. I should also mention that I forgot my glasses, and Juri and Suzuki went above and beyond to send them back to us in France. Their patience and professionalism were truly outstanding — one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We would return without a second thought!”

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. The hotel locates near the ocean park and the Motobu Watersports Centre, about 1.5 hours driving from Naha. The room is not luxury but tidy and clean, it was spaciously equipped with 2 beds as well as a tatami area. Breakfast here is simple but good enough. We think it is excellence for kids because they can meet horses, goats, dolphins, sea turtles, fishes and birds in the hotel. We chose this hotel because of the Motobu Genki Village - a watersports centre. We enjoyed canoeing last time and enjoyed sailing this time. We certainly will stay in this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa.

Bird photography at the hotel backyard is not allowed which is ridiculous as there is no warning sign or whatsoever. A lady just came to say something with probably not a polite attitude. As a bird photographer who selects this hotel especially for bird photography and this special need cannot be accepted at their backyard! This is no fun at all. If the hotel doesn’t allow photographers to take bird photos at their backyard, they have to make it very clear in their Facebook or at least upon checking in !

Anna kaikille hotellin karttakoodi 206031305*71 Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä Cape Manedaa, joka sopii paremmin itse ajaville ihmisille. Hotellissa on oma yksityinen ranta ja pieni uima-allas. Olen henkilökohtaisesti sitä mieltä, että hotellihuone on suuri, terassilla, mukava ja puhdas, ja siitä on näkymät yksityiselle rannalle ja merinäköalalle, mikä tuntuu lomalta. Hotellissa on oma pysäköintialue, joka on maksettava. Hinta on kohtuullinen. Aamiainen on herkullinen ja tyyli on normaali. Jos aiot sukeltaa ja snorklata Manedalla, se on todella kätevää. Hotellin lähellä ei ole monia ravintoloita, puhumattakaan lähikaupoista. Lähin pieni kauppa on vain Cape Manedan risteyksessä, mutta se on hyvin täynnä päivittäisiä tarpeita ja juomia, ja siellä on sinihyljejäätelöä. Kuuluisa Agu-sianliha shabu-shabu ”Chan Bie Di” on lähellä, 4 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Jos harkitset yöpymistä tässä hotellissa, on erittäin suositeltavaa kokeilla tätä ravintolaa varataksesi illallisen

We brought our 3+ years old boy on a 2 night stay during golden week (May 2024) and opted in for a dinner buffet on the first night. It was 2200 yen per adult n foc for my boy. The spread was limited but worth all its penny as the beef was so tender and juicy so i feasted on it. All other dishes were also very good. The private beach was convenient and the water was so clear it looked like mineral water. There was a 50% discount voucher you can get from the hotel reception for the banana boat ride at the private beach and our boy enjoyed this and another ride. The young instructor who pulled us out on a jet ski for our water rides was friendly and went at a good speed for our 3 year old who was doing the water actitivties for the first time without us having to tell him to do so. He even went to the coral reefs and picked up a starfish n a sea cucumber to show our boy before returning it back to the sea. The water activites was affordable with the discount, price similar to Msia/Thailand/Indonesia resorts i have been to. I was apprehensive booking this resort after reading the reviews on the state of the hotel showing signs of aging. However, the place was well maintained. There was an unpleasant smell when i opened the door to our room but its actually just the tatami which needed some airing. After opening the windows to let in the natural breeze, all was good. Cleaniness for toilet was good too; just need to figure out the temp control for the shower. The onsite onsen was clean and easily accessible at the basement, and wld have cost us at least 1200yen for a visit to a public onsite iin naha. Totally recommend this resort for a fam outing with young children. I understand they have barrier free access rooms on the first floor of the resort so there were some families with elderly too.

It’s as advertised - little white cabins (around 8 of them) with its own parking space that should cater up to 2-3 cars that are not too far off from the main road but you won’t be disturbed by the driving noise or neighbours. The reception is also in a cabin that’s to your right when driving into the accommodation site. Our booking was payment on site (not prepaid) but the WiFi was down during check-in so had to pay cash - just take note if your booking is the same as ours. Not wheelchair or stroller friendly as there are steps leading to the door of your cabin. Cleanliness definitely can be improved but it’s bearable for 1 night stay. The amenities are not bad, comes with washing machine with detergent though no dryer. The kettle/boiler of our cabin was not in good condition as we bought water from the nearby Lawson. There’s 2 single beds & a sofa bed expandable to a queen size bed, so can fit 4 adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfortable as the centre has sunken quite a bit. There’s a frosted window in the shower that’s without curtain so showering is a bit weird, constantly aware of anyone is looking in.. Lawson is very close by, walkable but if you have your own car, just save the hassle & drive down. Not many restaurants or supermarkets around the area, so you’ll have to drive to get around. Overall, decent stay for 1 night at very reasonable price but cleanliness is something I hope they can improve greatly on.

Place was a little harder to find at night as it is located in a remote area. The self check in was a little troublesome through trip as the check in code was not provided. Call the staff using the iPad to verify your identity. The room is big and relatively comfortable.

В целом неплохой отель. Местоположение не супер удачное из-за сложности перемещения через мост без машины (автобусов там нет) и отсутствия поблизости круглосуточных магазинов с едой. Комната абсолютно белая, я чувствовала себя в ней как в госпитале. Подушка неудобная и кондиционер работает плохо, зато холодильник очень громкий, я не могла там нормально спать и просыпалась каждые 1,5-2 часа. Сняла другой отель в итоге, потеряв оплату за две забронированные ночи, но зато в другом отеле я смогла нормально выспаться. К персоналу никаких претензий, очень дружелюбные девушки.
