My flight was in the morning from MXP, so I left the hotel at 4 am. I asked the front desk at least 5 times about where is the ferry station and time table, which Lorenzo gave me very accurate answer and printed out the time table, indicated the station on map for me. However, the station that he gave me was wrong( I arrived 10 mins in advance ) so I missed the ferry at 4:21….there was absolutely no one in anywhere near the station so I desperately rushed back with my luggages to the hotel, where there is an older guy in the front desk said it’s the next station after the one Lorenzo gave me, which means one more bridge. Yet, I did ask this older guy before I left the hotel at 4 and he was very sure. When the second time i doubted him he said “ you can wherever u like lady!” There was no empathy, as if it’s none of their business! Second time I rushed to the correct station n took the ferry at 4:55 and I missed the train to Milan! Buying another italo ticket wasn’t a problem but it’s about life and limb! I’m just hoping the front desk could be more professional n check really carefully when they give suggestion. I would definitely miss my flight if there was no Italo fast train, plus I took taxi right after I arrived Milano centrale to make it! Room was small couldnt open big luggage but it was clean, the cleaning lady deserved a big tip! I like they provide water and slippers. The view from my room is authentic. The hotel is convenient if u r around San Marco square or you always have to go to bathroom. If u r taking night ferry to Santa Lucia Train station Ferrovia, remember is on the right END station from San Marco, it’s another bridge u have to cross.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations. You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right! We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed. The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible. A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated. Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus. All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

It was nice to be in a new hotel that is has well designed rooms, its just a little small to fully open a large suitcase. There are machines to fill your water bottle with cold water on each floor. The free breakfast is the best free breakfast that I have ever experienced in a Western country. There is the usual American breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, delicious has browns, cereal, bread but also delicious pastries...the buttery croissant is as good as any that I've ever tasted. Also lunch meats, fruits, vegetables. Machines that make cappuccino, latte, etc. , waffle maker. The granola even has chunks of hazelnuts! Very close to the water bus...Take this boat #1 or 2 headed back toward Piazzale Roma to get to the main part of Venice. From the airport take the ACTV or ATVO bus for 10 Euros to the bus stop called Piazzale Roma. To get to the hotel take the People Mover (Monorail) from the bus stop name Piazzale Roma to the 2nd and last stop that is a block from the hotel... only about 1.55 Euro and just tap your cc or phone.

シンプルだけどきれいなホテル。スタッフも親切。駅から近く、リアルト橋から徒歩20分で、観光しやすかった。 チェックイン前に荷物を預けることができたが、受付の横に置いておくだけなので、盗まれるのではと少し怖かったが、大丈夫だった。 部屋の中には、十分な広さのシャワー室、テレビ、冷蔵庫、貴重品ボックス、ケトル、コーヒーや紅茶があった。 チェックアウトは鍵を部屋の机に置いておくだけなので楽だった。

Отличное расположение отеля. Наличие террасы делает его ещё привлекательнее. В самом отеле чисто и уютно.

Located conveniently at a water ferry stop so you don’t have to haul your luggage too far. No stairs in the hotel so that’s a bit of a struggle. Our room over looked the water which was very pretty. Breakfast was pretty good. You don’t get a choice they just bring you what they offer. Hotel and room are dated but I think that just gave it some character

We found the location quite easily. It’s conveniently situated within a comfortable walking distance from the bus stop where the airport buses arrive, which was a big plus after traveling. The administrator was very welcoming — we would especially like to thank her for the warm reception. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our bags, which was very convenient. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were able to access our room without any issues. During our stay, renovation works started in a neighboring apartment (apparently upstairs). Because of this, there was a bit less natural light in our room, and we could hear construction noise in the mornings, which started quite early. It turned out that the host was not aware that the work would begin so early either. We would like to especially highlight how the situation was handled. The host personally spoke with us, apologized, and managed to arrange for the work to start later. It was clear that our comfort truly mattered. For us, the situation was completely resolved. The room itself met our expectations. It was spacious — not one of those layouts where you walk straight into the bed with the bathroom door right there. The room was warm thanks to central heating. The water pressure was excellent, and the bathroom was simple but cozy. There was no breakfast option during our stay, but that did not significantly affect our overall experience. We had a pleasant stay and are grateful for the hospitality. It is clear that guest comfort is a priority here — if you experience any issues or need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask.

We arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor. I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases. The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would. The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed. The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it. The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it. The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket. The safe was not working. The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them. The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working. You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool. The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off. The bathroom bin was broken and filthy The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am. I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy. Great location and easy to get around from there. Water bus stop is just outside the hotel. Even easy to walk to centre- St Marks Square. It is in a quiet location to rest. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are cleaned everyday and all towels replaced. Breakfast is same everyday. Excellent service at breakfast time. Behind the hotel is lovely spot to see sunset. Loved our stay.
