"It was nice expereience. It was neat and value for money. I recently stayed at golden orchid hotel in lucknow, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would rate it around 3. 5 stars out of 5, mainly due to the food hygiene and cleanliness standards, which were generally good but not without areas for improvement. The hotel’s cleanliness was commendable. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping did a decent job of maintaining the space throughout my stay. The bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was functional, although a little more attention to detail in cleaning around the corners would have been appreciated. When it comes to food hygiene, the buffet spread was quite impressive, offering a range of local and international dishes. However, i noticed that some of the food items could have been fresher. The presentation of the food was good, but certain dishes seemed to lack the desired temperature, which could be a concern for food safety. I appreciated that the staff followed basic hygiene protocols, but the overall food experience left a little to be desired in terms of variety and freshness. In conclusion, while the golden orchid hotel offers a decent stay with solid cleanliness and food options, there's still room for improvement in both areas to make it truly outstanding."

I am frequent traveler to Lucknow from last 5 years and stayed almost every hotel in Lucknow including Mariott and Taj. I found this property much better comparing prices and facilities given. Rooms are sparkling clean and staff is welcoming with smiling faces. View at restaurant gives a fresh vibes in the morning while having breakfast. Overall experience i would like to rate 5 Star...

Location is good, Property was good, but the behave of the reception was not professional. I would have reviewed 5 but due to some unprofessional behaviour I am rating it 3. They should improve the way of speaking, they ask directly to write what is the relation with the co traveller, in your policy you have given the details accordingly people stay, unnecessary don't ask it this.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean upon arrival, which was the first red flag. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room, likely due to water seepage from the ceiling, and visible signs of dampness on the walls added to the discomfort.
For the price I paid, I expected a far better standard in terms of cleanliness and overall room quality. The condition of the room simply didn’t match the cost, making the stay feel like poor value for money. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.

I have stay from dated 21. 07. 2023 to 28. 07. 2023. I am satisdy with the services. The normal room provided with clean and provided chaires and table. The food facility is also available within the hotel and served in room. The behaviour of hotel owner is exellent and treated as family member.

Hotel Europe Plaza is the best hotel i have ever seen in my life the stay in this hotel is memorable and very calm the staff is very co-operative and kind the service was very good and breakfast is very tasty. and the location of this hotel very near to charbagh railway must visit thus hotel, as this is the best 3 star hotel in whole charbagh, lucknow, U.P. no one provide this kind of treatment and love in this price and the room is very clean and smells very good and bathroom is very spacious and clean.... Its my recommendation to visit this hotel surely if you visit lucknow.
