"check in procedure was ok. Room no 113. aminities are good, excluding AC. poor working condition. check out procedure was too horrible. i was checked out before 7am due to an emergency. at the time of check out staff ask me to wait there. they need to check my room. there is no value for my time?. this is my first time experience. i am not feeling good. i can understand, it may ur policy matter.iam assuring, that is not comfort for me. also for others. i feel i was insulted there. take necessary actions instead of these type of policy. best wishes. thanks"

I faced a minor issue with the AC, but the hotel team promptly resolved it, even at midnight, showcasing their commitment to guest comfort. As a kind gesture, they offered me a complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. The breakfast spread was truly impressive—completely healthy, with no maida or white sugar. They used only millets, ensuring a nutritious and wholesome start to the day. A great stay with exceptional service and a strong focus on health-conscious food. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range"

"I recently stayed at this three-star hotel, and while the rooms and amenities were comfortable, my overall experience was disappointing due to the hotel’s complete lack of awareness about the city’s weak transportation system. The good: Well-maintained rooms Clean beds Well-stocked mini-fridge Functional facilities The bad: Zero assistance with transportation – As a guest unfamiliar with the city, I expected the hotel to at least have a few cab or auto contacts, especially since public transport is not easily available. However, they were indifferent. I requested a cab to visit a nearby temple at 5:30–6 AM, and their response was a quick, “We’ll check,” only to return with, “Not available.” That was it. No alternative solutions, no effort to help. What if I were a foreigner? Would they have gone above and beyond then? Stranded at the railway station – Upon arrival, I found no prepaid taxis, no autos, and after waiting for a long time, finally got one. Unfortunately, the driver turned out to be creepy and unprofessional. Since the hotel didn’t provide any transport assistance, I was forced to rely on this driver for my entire trip, leading to multiple unpleasant experiences. Other guests faced the same issue – I wasn’t the only one. I saw families with children struggling to find a way out of the city, completely stranded. If a hotel is running in a location with limited transport options, it is their responsibility to provide some solution—either tie-ups with a cab service or at least a list of reliable drivers. Final verdict: A comfortable stay, but completely unreliable when it comes to guest support. The very reason people book hotels in unfamiliar cities is to have some level of assistance. Here, I felt utterly stranded, and that left a lasting negative impression. If you’re traveling here, be prepared to struggle with transport on your own."

"Room size- spacious room lighting & illumination- could be better food- very well prepared, tasty and decently priced bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers."

I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. "Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude"
