This place offers accommodation and restaurant. Has a place on rooftop which they offer for private events upto 100 pax. Good view. Food is good. Rooms are minimalistic in design. Near to the mall for shopping. Limited parking is available.

I had a wonderful stay and excellent service at galaxy hotel. They arranged all my local sightseeing and airport drop at reasonable rates. Hotel was good in all aspects including room, bed, hot water and cleanliness was maintained. They have attached restaurant and provided breakfast and dinner on reasonable rates. Location is good just behind railway station and near to market etc.

The hotel was good and at main road. The staff was polite and food is also good. However, there is an issue with wifi connectivity in the hotel. From evening to next morning, wifi connectivity was not there. Also, washrooms can be more clean.

It is the best hotel in Dehradun, This is a 4-day stay, and I liked the international cuisine offered in the restaurant with a wonderful forest view. The staff service was very good, and the room was clean and luxurious. They also provide laundry and parking facilities. Overall, a great experience, and I would like to refer my friends also.

Above average but not perfect Room is good, but bathroom need much needed maintenance. Shower curtain was missing. Health fauchet holder was about to break. Hot water was not coming or it was not hot at all. Rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed on sofa. We booked dinner and breakfast. Both was provided and food was good but nothing was buffet. We have to decide in few things and limited things are served. I was expecting atleast buffet breakfast. Cleanliness of room and better maintenance of bathroom, windows, tv, etc. are required. Sofa was not very clean and small spiders were many in the room. Location is good and many restaurants including barbeque nation, etc. are near by and if you are opting for room without food also it should be okay as malls and restaurants are few meters away only.

The property's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Public transportation was accessible, and the surroundings were safe and pleasant. However, a bit more variety in the menu would have been appreciated. #### **Amenities – ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5)** The hotel provided excellent amenities. The gym was well-equipped, the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the spa services were relaxing. Free Wi-Fi was available, and the speed was decent for work and entertainment. The only minor drawback was that some amenities, like the sauna, required advance booking. #### **Service & Hospitality – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)** The staff was courteous, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and well-stocked.
