The property is a no frills but distinct with a homely feel & lot of greenery. Room was clean and all services worked well. Best for long stays. Only drawback is a bit interior and not walking distance to nearby markets etc. Located in a good residential area with plenty of greenery & walking areas. Food is made to order & did not try it out.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The hotel is quite old, but overall it’s not bad. The location is strategic, though it can be noisy. I’m a light sleeper, and the loud horn noise outside made it difficult for me to sleep well. My main concern was cleanliness. The cup in the room was not clean, and the bed linen did not seem to be changed or had many old stains, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited, and the dining space was quite small. However, the food itself was standard and acceptable. The breakfast staff were very proactive—they checked what we wanted and served quickly, which was very good and appreciated. Overall, the stay was acceptable. Its worth for the price, I think it’s reasonable.

One of the best hotel. Such a welcoming and friendly staffs. The hotel is classy and has every need just for a normal single room; from mini fridge to heating kettle. I was really impressed. Just that the location is beside the road side and the signboard got camouflage.

Good spacious, quiet room. Location ok. Parking inside premises. Improve: - wifi (very Flimsy). Mobile data also does not work in the room. - provide normal filtered water on request, instead of mineral bottled water - no restaurant or room service. Remove room service from phone and website. - no good places to eat within walking distance. Nearest is near TTD temple. - ac remote connected to wall. Should be separate to make it easier to operate. - mirror on the outer side of bathroom door. Dangerous, especially in the night. - had to carry our luggage to the room. No staff available

Excellent Stay, Great Location and Value for Money I had one of the best stays at this hotel in Chennai. I stayed for 3 nights and it truly felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The location is a major advantage centrally placed and easily accessible to many parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained with proper toiletries provided. They also supply water bottles and there’s a water dispenser (water can) available in the hallway, which is a nice touch. They offer a complimentary breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. However the breakfast closes a bit early at 10 AM so plan accordingly. Car parking is available, which is convenient and the staff were polite and helpful, A special mention to the security personnel and room service staff for their hospitality. Outside food is allowed as well, which is a plus. The only minor inconvenience was that the lift always stopped at the first floor (reception) by default, which was slightly annoying. Also FYI, I misplaced my room key card and had to pay ₹200 for a replacement. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Chennai.

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers

Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.

Ei olisi ehdottanut henkilökohtaista oleskelua, jos matka-ling loma. Aamiainen maku oli OK, mutta ei lajike oli siellä. Ne ovat edelleen rakentamassa/uudistamassa maanpäällistä ja 5. kerroksen kahvilaa kiinteistön. vastaanottohenkilökunta ei ollut kovin asiakasystävää. Rakesh kahvilassa oli erittäin hyödyllinen ja teki minun aamiainen hyvä kokemus. Ei hammaspyyhe huoneessa ja kupit eivät olleet puhtaita vain 1 litraa vettä annetaan.
