Great hotel and lovely stay! All the staff were very cooperative especially Mr. Kallicharan. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

Just returned from another long stay here. A small hotel with a big heart! Rooms are spacious, basic, but everything you need. Large wet room. The pool is amazing,providing a quiet area for rest and relaxation, or exercise and there are plenty of sunbeds and sunshades for free use, with towels provided on request. Staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to accommodate you. A small breakfast is included in the Horizon Grill adjoining the hotel. It's a short walk to the beach and although the hotel is surrounded by shops and wonderful restaurants it's perfect for a peaceful, private vacation.

We arrived on 7th march 2025 go home 21st march 2025 , From the moment you are dropped off at the hotel you are greeted by the warm friendly staff they are so helpful and welcoming to you and every time you pass a member of staff they remembered your name and your regular drinks order . the choice of food could be classed as limited at lunch and on the buffet nights but the quality is excellent, definitely quality over quantity , I have been to 5 star hotels and they are not as good, as the service and quality of food that you get its amazing at Aldia santa rita there is a limited of choice on the a la carte & Breakfast menu ,again although limited choice you can ask for different egg and other choices. We normally eat out mostly but quality of food was amazing and they go out there way to get you what you want if nothing is suitable you are spoiled for going out ,The rooms are dated and not as clean as you would have liked but the staff will clean when you ask change bedding and towels you just leave your key at the reception. WiFi bern good in all areas we haven't had any issues. The beaches are stunning and close access but walking on the sand was very hard for me as I have bad legs but was OK for my husband and sister also to mentioning the entertainment singers are great, reception staff lorna and Vjae who does the message are fab she is so gentle, I would definitely come back here the complex is stunning, be sorry to go home it has been amazing experience and weather been hot hot insect repellent buy local its better. Ruffles is a friendly place to stay very nd beach right bang in middle of candolim.the staff are a lovely bunch always ready to.help food is good this is goa and you can get British food they do as great job come on were not in UK as for rooms they are basic but sheets etc clean and having been staying here for a few years and going to go a for 22_years I can say all.the guys are honest and kind for the price that Russell charges for two.people with breakfast which is not a lot it is good value for money some.people want it all champagne taste on lager moneythis place is a little gem nice food nicer people and live musis every night karaoke etc atmosphere always busy and friendly service it great guys,work hard can't wait to be back next year best wishes to.u all.

From the moment we arrived here the staff were absolutely amazing, this review deserves 5* for the whole team. They came out to greet us, took our bags, brought us cold drinks. We had been allocated a first floor room (there is a lift) I’m a wheelchair user they immediately offered us a ground floor. The lady (sorry I didn’t take your name) offered to show us both to let us choose! The room was massive, bed was super comfy, loads of hot water, decent AC, ***** with ceiling fan. There is a fridge in the room, kettle, ***** with tea, coffee etc, you also get bottled water left for you. Wi-Fi booster in room and TV, we didn’t use the TV as we don’t go on holidays to sit in a room and watch TV! Our kettle was broken, we let them know and it was replaced instantly. Room cleaning was good, you just told them if you wanted it doing, standard for a lot of places now. Location of the hotel is good too as it’s set back so you don’t hear much noise, it’s close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. If you like quiet spots on beach head towards the Fort and not beach road. I don’t eat breakfast, but my husband found something to eat every day, they will also cook extras if you want (we avoid English breakfast etc when on holiday, we weren’t in Benidorm) so don’t expect a full English if you’re looking for that. Pool we didn’t really use as we prefer to be out and about seeing what the country/area has to offer. It looked clean and the area was always being tidied up throughout the day, comfy loungers too, and they supply pool towels. We ate lunch a couple of times and it was lovely, and drinks every evening at the bar. Massive shout out to the lads, AJ and Tush, fantastic hospitality from these, such lovely, hardworking lads, AJ even came to make me a cocktail on his night off as he knew we were leaving the next day. When we were leaving they all came to say goodbye which I found really lovely too. If we were ever to return to North Goa we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to all of you.
