This bright three bedroom house is not only five minutes walk from Whitstable harbour, town centre, beach and station, it also has parking for three cars and a large garden to relax in – especially as it gets the sun most of the day and evening.The front door leads straight in the entrance hall – with a cupboard to stow suitcases, beach gear and coats – leads to a spacious, well equipped kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher. The living room has a table that seats six, lounge chairs and a sofa. There’s a new Smart TV with Freeview and apps to easily access your subscriptions as well as fast wi-fi. A sliding door from the lounge opens directly onto the large garden with mature planting where there are two separate table areas, a gas barbecue and an assortment of children’s play equipment. Dogs are very welcome in this home. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. One with a king-sized bed, one with a double and the third with bunk beds. All rooms have extremely comfortable mattresses and hanging space. There is a bathroom with a shower integrated over the bath tub, a w.c. and sink with guest toiletries provided.Garden. The garden is very sunny and has a decked area to the rear next to the games shed. Inside the games shed with have multi table, which consists of table football, pool, air hockey and more. There is a dining area at the end of the kitchen which has doors that leads out to the garden.
