"Had a comfortable stay at the ibis in Cambridge. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The best thing is the location — it’s right next to the train station, which makes it really convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room has a great view too. There’s a bar open 24 hours and a nice lounge area on the first floor to sit and relax. No complaints at all. I’d happily stay here again."

"Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was okay, but I was disappointed with the breakfast options. There were limited gluten-free choices, and when I asked for fried eggs, I was told they don’t do that. There were no gluten-free croissants or cakes, so I ended up just having coffee and something very small compare with other people.Overall, I didn’t feel the breakfast was worth the price"

"Perfect little place to stay at a great price. Scrupulously clean, friendly staff, free parking, and including a tasty breakfast..... and only a 20 min straight walk to the town centre. Can't fault this hotel except the roomy bed was maybe a bit hard for us. Apart from that, perfect. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!"

"Travelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them. Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) . I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip. 😞"

"房間算寬敞～ 雖然我一個人住 但呢間酒店只訂到雙人床 可能king size bed太少了吧！ 房間內有窗 日間時間都算光猛～ 厠所有浴缸 可以浸浴 relax 下"

"I went there because the other colleges were having their mayballs and it was extremely loud. The facilities were fine although it was right beside a parking lot so it’s slightly loud at night. Also the soundproof between stories and between rooms are pretty bad I could hear people right across the hall opening and closing the doors very clearly Overall satisfactory experience, but I wouldn’t recommend for people traveling as a family."

"The location is great but our room was next to the street so it was a little noisy when the car passed by. Also, the lady in receptionist when we checked in is really lovely."
