"The hotel is new and conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping street. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center and Frauenkirche. Pros: Modern facilities, great location for shopping and transport connections. Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing."

Ibiksen on siis oltava modernia arkkitehtonista tyyliä, yksinkertaisella sisustuksella ja pitkillä käytävillä, jotka saavat minut tuntemaan oloni takaisin yliopiston asuntolaan, erityisesti ravintolaan, joka on iso kahvila. Vaikka aamiainen on melko runsas, se on lähes kokonaan kylmää ruokaa. Kahdeksasta makkaralajista viisi vaikutti raaolta, ehkä saksalaisten ruokailutottumusten vuoksi. Jatkoin vain kuuman teen juomista ja yritin olla syömättä raakamakkaraa. Kuinka toivoisin, että he ainakin leipoissivat pekonin. Hotelli on parhaalla paikalla. Alakertaan menemällä se on yhteydessä kauppakeskukseen. Ajettaessa suoraan pääset vanhaankaupunkiin ja käänny oikealle vie sinut rautatieasemalle ja linja-autoasemalle."

"Check in was a breeeze starting from online check in to minimise waiting time and processing time. It was cold outside and room was nice and warm. Room was also really big and clean. The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense. Book if you are comfortable with an open bath."

"Wir empfanden die Lage als ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten (Tram, Bahnhof und Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Innenstadt oder Neustadt) sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel liegt an einer grossen Hauptstrasse, wo auch viele Einsatzfahrzeuge entlang fahren. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite sind die Bahngleise. Wir haben den Verkehrslärm als nicht sehr störend empfunden. Der Raum war sauber, es gab aber etwas Staub. Erst dachten wir, die erst am zweiten Tag nach der Anreise erfolgende Zwischenreinigung reiche aus, wir empfehlen aber, jeden Tag eine Zimmerreinigung zu bestellen (ohne Aufpreis). Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung hat uns leider gar nicht überzeugt. Das WLAN ist zwar schnell, die Verbindung ist allerdings nicht stabil. Damit das WLAN an ist, muss der Fernseher eingeschaltet sein. Das finden wir nicht nachhaltig und der helle Bildschirm hat uns gestört. Bei jedem neuen Einschalten des Fernsehers wird ein neues WLAN-Passwort generiert, man verliert wieder die Verbindung. Die Raumaufteilung können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Der Tresor ist sehr klein, und es gibt weder praktische Ablagen für Koffer und Taschen noch einen Schrank/Garderobe für Jacken, die nicht mitten im Zimmer hängt. Ebenso hat uns eine Ablage und Haken im Bad gefehlt. Dazu kommt, dass nach dem Duschen das ganze Bad überschwemmt ist. In den öffentlichen Bereichen fehlte uns vor allem die Verarbeitungsqualität der verbauten Materialien. Heute sieht es noch schick aus, aber in zwei, drei Jahren? Wir finden es schade, dass sich ein Hotel nachhaltig geben will, es dann aber nur mässig umgesetzt wird."

"Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht... wir haben ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht... das einzig barrierefreie war die breitere Zimmertür... laut Hoteleigener Homepage und den Fotos gibt es Haltegriffe am WC und einen Duschsitz in der Dusche... die Vorrichtung für Haltegriffeist da aber nichts angebaut... Notrufleinen sollen vorhanden sein, es gibt nicht mal eine Vorrichtung dafür... nichts davon war vorhanden... auf Nachfrage erklärte man uns es gibt 2 Kategorien barrierefrei... stimmt Rollstuhlfahrer können ja laufen und stehen in der Dusche... innerhalb von 6 Tagen war kein Zimmertausch möglich... auf mein drängen hin bekam ich wenigstens einen klapprigen Duschhocker... weit entfernt dem eigentlichen Angebot... an der Rezeption am Anreisetag bei unsere Beschwerde ging der Manager weg und es interessierte ihn nicht mal... wenn ich barrierefrei buchen u mir die Fotos dazu anschaue erwarte ich das auch so... man sagte mir ich hätte ja vorher anrufen können und nachfragen... aber warum? Ich habe das gebucht was abgebildet war.. nur nicht bekommen... es wurde uns nichts angeboten zwecks Entschädigung oder so... im Gegenteil selbst das Parkhaus mussten wir voll zahlen obwohl die entsprechenden Parkplätze von Faulen benutzt wurden und die Schranke nicht funktionierte... Das Essen war hingegen völlig in Ordnung... auch die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung... Verbesserungen gint es immer, aber wenn was fehlte an Handtüchern wurde es sofort gebracht... alles in allem ein sehr zentrales Hotel, aber für körperlich eingeschränkte Gäste im Rollstuhl ungeeignet... da muss extrem nachgebessert werden"

"Super experience! Location, can’t be better, facing the church, get full vision of the street, particularly in the morning when the streets are still quiet and empty. All the highlights are all walking distance. Lots of options of restaurants in the area; Facility is clean and well maintained, and everything you need is can be found in the room. Suitable for family travel with children as well. We found it very comfortable in the room, and we slept very well. Once the window is closed, you won’t be bothered by the outside sound. The city is very nice, we are very glad that we spent one night here in such a great place."

"We had a good night's rest at this hotel. It has a great location and new rooms with a good floor plan. This hotel was within 100 m of the Kreuzkirche Dresden so we were able to start our exploration of Dresden as soon as we got parked. The hotel's location is within 15 minutes walking distance of most of Dresden's main attractions that are south of the river and the good public transit in Dresden makes the city very easy to see lots. The room was nicely appointed with blackout curtains, a chair that transforms into a bed, a desk with a chair, large TV, coffee/tea station and some good lighting. The only complaint we had about the room was that the air conditioning was not strong enough during our stay but we had a pretty good night's sleep at this quiet hotel. I thought the bed was comfy and pretty standard to Premier Inn but my wife found the mattress to be too soft for her. The bathroom was nice and large with plenty of counter space and a large shower stall. There is this purple light you can turn on at night too so you don't disturb your partner which helps because it is a frosted glass door. It is very easy to get hot water in the faucet and shower here. The shower has an all in one body wash and the shower stall is huge compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Europe. If you use the hotel's covered parking it costs 20 euros a night and there is covered/secured parking that costs 12-20 euros a night. We went with the uncovered parking lot that had a man there 24/7 and it was 12 euros for the night. There is a street right in front of the hotel that has no signage for parking but the front desk told us that if you park there there is a 60 Euro fine if you're caught. We like breakfast in the morning at hotels we stay at in Europe but we found this one was very pricey. There are bakeries, cafes and even a McDonald's nearby that gave much better value for us. We felt the location and price for the hotel was perfect for our time in Germany and would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dresden because there is lots to see in this city."
