The hotel is just strategically positioned, close to the airport and downtown. it is just in the middle. Breakfast is good and there are a variety of options. The Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, are very spacious and items are replenished daily. Staff are welcoming and very ready to help at any time. The area is quite too though the facility is on a busy street. I would recommend everyone I know to stay at this hotel whenever they visit Ottawa.

Room cleanliness and air conditioning were good. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was simple but good in quality. However the breakfast queue was long and food replenishment was not done in pace with the flow, ended up in a long queue not moving as people stayed in the front of the queue stayed in the queue waiting for replenishment. The dinning space was insufficient that could not accommodate the big crowd. We ran into issue setting up the sofa bed. Calling the front desk asking for assistance we were stunned by a reply saying they would not send staff to help but urging us to try for another attempts and kept reassuring us the sofa bed operation was simple and easy. Finally we got that sorted out with help from other hotel customers.. A major disappointment that totally ruined my experience with the hotel was the way my enquiry was handled towards an unknown charge after I checked out. In the check out bill, it was just a charge billed to my credit card without indicating what service or item I was billed for. While my family did not order or buy anything at all from the hotel and we were in a rush, I did not check the bill upon check out until 5 days later I saw it in my credit card account. I sent an email to the hotel reservation (that was the only email channel I found from the hotel home page) to enquire about the charge and no reply was received ever towards my enquiry and that's what I was hit. Although the unknown charge was refunded after another week, I did not feel good with the way they work. I frankly accept mistakes made by the front desk or the account team for incorrect bill, but I do not accept ignorance and zero communication from the backend on my enquiry. This is something the hotel should improve.

Everything was great specifically the girl at the front desk was awesome, she helped us when we had a problem with the door lock of our room, we tried everything but could not open it I guess the battery was dead. She was very helpful, whenever I would visit Ottawa I would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. Her name is Navneet I want to give her 10 stars, thanks Navneet.

Room is in good size even for a family. There 5-6 lifts but there are always long queues for lifts there. The lifts do not seem to serve their purpose well. In the morning, the hotel controls all lifts. You can’t press Down Button for a life to come down to check out or to the car park. You have to wait till someone who comes out to where you are on a lift way up or down. Never found hotel lifts operating so weirdly 😳 After checking out, I tried to take the stairs case to go down to the car park, I couldn’t do that because a room key was required to access the staircase😖 The electric door lock for our room had been beeping most of the time. Informed hotel to fix it.

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. I was pleasantly pleased by front desk staff on arrival., given all information I needed and assured that if not satisfied in any way to let her know and she would make every effort to help. I stayed 4 nights while visiting family in the area. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The bed very comfortable, there were functions happening on the main floor during the weekend night but in the 5th floor room I stayed In all was quiet. The hotel is close to many small food choices & coffee shops  in the neighborhood along with a supermarket next door. about 25 mins to airport and 25 mins to downtown Ottawa . Coffee always hot in the lobby . I will certainly stay there again.

Service was good. The location is good except for the way you have to enter the parking lot outside of the hotel. The room was big and very clean. Could have definitely been a better seating setup for the breakfast. But it was a good visit and I’ll definitely be back. I’d love to take advantage of the terrace in the summer time.

オタワの中心にちかく、移動に便利でした。部屋の清掃もいき届いていました。一つ疑問に思ったのが、Trio.comに登録した内容をもう一度登録する必要があると言われチェックインに時間がかかりました。

Great place to stay nice & clean not far from downtown . Private parking and room for 3 people was big with a big kitchen. I definitely recommend . Price is also affordable.
