"The stay was very pleasant, we especially appreciated the comfy bed and great puffed pillows! I am a sensitive sleeper so good pillows mean a lot. The shower pressure is quite strong, like a water massage, which was nice. The room was extremely clean and included all the necessities. The only thing I would be cautious about is the conditioning system, we turned it on and nearly froze. Could have been a user error, so if you’re not sure if you’re using it correctly, ask for help, otherwise you may wake up in a freezer."

"酒店郵件怎麼也收不到，以至於大晚上不能入住，好在攜程積極協調解決。我能理解酒店無人值守，但是明顯在郵件溝通上聯繫不上就完了。房間還是可以的。品牌可以，在灰熊鎮住的就很好，但明顯Canmore的這幾家該品牌酒店服務不太行。"

"The hotel has a great location, only 15 minutes from Banff. It feels more like a cozy house than a typical hotel, with plenty of amenities provided. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to stay while exploring the area."

"We booked one night for our stay in Banff. The location was very convenient, just a few minutes’ drive from Banff town. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the Rocky Mountains, and we truly enjoyed the stunning morning view as the sunlight sparkled over the ranges. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the lack of an elevator made it less convenient to bring our luggage upstairs. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"The view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs. The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep. Won't hesitate to book here again."

"We had a great 3 night stay here. We got the room with the balcony where you can see the mountains too. I really appreciate their room service. When we use to return to our rooms after a long day, the room and bathroom would be tidied up and provided fresh towels. The room was a decent size, it had an iron and microwave. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was awesome. It opened at 7am. We would leave the hotel for a long day with our bellies full. The staff was constantly refilling and cleaning the tables. The varieties were great and tasty. I loves their eggs, hash browns and seasoned potato wedges. They also had orange, apple and pomegranate juice. They have a nice conveyor toaster which I thought was convenient for everyone. We never had trouble with parking. The waterslide and pool is great fun. They also have a hot tub and sauna. I really appreciate the shower/restroom they have by the pool so you can shower and change before heading back to your room. There’s plenty of pool towels too. The location is near to several restaurants and gas stations. I would recommend staying here."

"旅館附有免費停車場，遊泳池和遊戲區，出入全都用密碼很安全方便，旅館雖然不新但打掃乾淨。我們是住兩臥房間附設廚房，設備齊全，還有大型洗衣機和烘衣機，對家庭旅遊的人來說，真是太方便了！還有注意最後離開前，要將碗盤放進洗碗機清洗,髒毛巾丟浴缸裡，否則會扣50加幣。大致來說，十分符合我們的需求。"

"It was a great stay and the hotel is very cozy the lobby of the hotel is the best, great view and its has a fire place. Such a relaxing stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"Sofa/sofabed dirty. The sheets weren't changed on the sofa bed. The sofabed makes a loud noise when turning while sleeping on it. Pee stains on carpet. Regardless of above fully functional."

"Old English deco hotel, cozy and comfortable. Kind gesture with homemade cookies and tea served in our room. Seemed to have a long history and heritage hotel. Hotel restaurant served nice fish and chips!!"
