"Location was A1. Bernie was also super helpful and friendly. However, the room looks like it needs a refurbishing very soon and looks very tired and old. WiFi internet was practically useless"

"We booked this 3 star hotel in Adelaide purely for its location close to an event we were attending. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the lift was out of order. Thankfully, a second lift was operational but only with the down button, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start. Check in was handled by friendly staff who offered a warm smile, though nothing beyond the basics in terms of service. Once we reached our room on the 5th floor, it was hard to ignore the issues: part of the ceiling was missing and the carpets were noticeably dirty. While the room itself was functional, the bed felt more like a slab of timber than a mattress definitely not made for comfort. We left our bag and headed out, but I couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling the hotel gave me. Ultimately, we made the decision not to stay overnight and returned later to collect our bag and check out. This may be a suitable spot for some travellers who prioritise location above all else, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for us."

"I had a very good experience at this hotel. The room and overall environment were exceptionally clean, which really stood out and made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service overall was great. I also appreciated the free parking — that’s always a big plus. The hotel offers a laundry service, which I used. It costs extra, but it was convenient and worked well. There was a swimming pool available, though unfortunately it was too cold to use during winter — something to keep in mind if you're visiting in colder months. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"I have stay at the Links hotel quite often without any issues, but this time was different. I booked through a booking website for 2 adults and 3 children, for 2 nights. First night was ok, came back 2nd day after going out for a while, aircon had been turned off, cleaners came in when we asked them not to, made 2 beds and left the double bed, didn’t clean anything at all and only left 2 towels. When I questioned the receptionist she said I only booked for 2 people for the 2nd night. And she was quite rude , yet I had confirmation on my phone otherwise. The booking company sent thru only 2 people for 2nd night. They got it wrong and I had no apology from her or any explanation of why the room was “cleaned “ like that . I’m not happy about it and doubt I’ll stay there again! 😡"

"A fantastic hotel, with quiet rooms and friendly staff. Rooms have everything for Travelers. Really tasty food as well - one of the best ”Schnitzel” in the World! (On some days with special food offers). A warm atmosphere with some ”Art Deco” elements. Highly recommend!"

"I was really pleased with the amenities, room, cheerful staff and complimentary drink, meal discount - tho I didn’t use I will remember for future trips. The decent size fridge was great as I could refreeze ice pack for travel. Many thanks"
