A picnic lunch on the lawn or deck will likely include waves and greetings from friendly neighbors as they enjoy their yards and boats. Gas and charcoal grills as well as picnic tables and lots of chairs are provided. An evening fire in the Chiminea is a great place to gather after a fun day. The game room has a pool table, foosball and air hockey for rainy days and after dark. There are 3 bedrooms with AC. One has a king bed and the other 2 have queens.
