Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies. Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport. It's a great home away from home.
