We are 2 blocks from a couple of the best restaurants in NE and less than a mile from some of the best Ethnic restaurants on Central Avenue.This is a duplex and I live upstairs with my kids 50% of the time , you will be renting the lower unit which has its own private entrances. (Please don't be concerned about noise if you are bringing children)The home features a large master bedroom that looks out onto the koi pond in the back yard. The Landscape has won a MNLA award for outstanding Design and has been featured in numerous magazines and local papers. It has a 20x4x4 deep Koi pond that can be used for soaking in! There is an outdoor kitchen with a built in grill and Custom built Wood fired Pizza Oven. For the sports fan the tarp covering the kitchen and cooking area is a piece of the original metrodome roof.
