"Lovely location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bungalows are lovely and spacious and has everything you need in them. I also liked that the bungalows weren’t too close together so you had your own space and privacy. The pool was relaxing and very well kept by the owners. Overall a very quiet place to stay if you’re wanting to relax near the pool I would highly recommend."

"Perfect! The grounds are well kept, rooms super clean. The rooms have a toaster, fridge and watercooker with coffee and tea. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk to the beach on one side and a few minutes walk to the main street with restaurants on the other side. Motorbikes can be rented. All is there for the perfect stay. On top of that owner Bung and his friend Susan are always available for a chat. Thanks for that 🙏 Wishing you guys the best always."

"The stay at Isara Lanta was great! It is directly located at the beach and my highlight was that I had my own hammock in front of my bungalow. My room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly all the time. I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was very delicious. The owner (?) is German so be prepared to see a lot of German dishes on the menu. The location of the hotel is great. You have direct beach access, scooter rental in-house, supermarket, restaurants and bars in walking distance. I would stay with Isara Lanta again."

"The room amazed me the second the manager, Wind, who is the younger brother of the proprietor, Mr. Sunny, opened its door to me. With a refreshing Thai scent spreading from within, the room whose original two single beds had been combined into a big one for a solo traveler under my presumptuous request totally captivated me. It had a nice patio where I could put my feet up after a hot day out to the beach in the broiling sun. Wind also recommended me to go to what he considered as a must try restaurant and bar. He got me a scooter to which I only had to pay half overdue price on the last day because I forgot the time and couldn’t make it from the farthest beach, Bamboo Beach, on the island. His assistant, Shu, was shy and nice. One day I mistakenly bought two eggs that were light boiled, if not raw. She, without a second thought, helped me save my breakfast protein source. The proprietress, Ms. Ning, got me some pizza and bread she and her husband seemingly practiced making in the bistro kitchen next door. I would definitely book a room with breakfast next time if they planned to reopen after the Covid outbreak. In short, the hotel, just like its name, truly made feel at home; the owner and the staff, including the cat, Member, were terribly good and generous people. I will be terribly missing them. Of course I will go back to Koh Lanta in the future, and of course,Lanta at Home will be my one and only choice. PS. See you soon, Wind. Nice talking to you. You are a fun soul.
