Our luxurious 82m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, plus solarium of 25m2, in a new and modern condominium, offers everything you need for a perfect stay. We thought the layout to make you feel good, as at home and have chosen a qualitative equipment. The apartment has a reversible air conditioning, wifi (Portuguese and English channels) satellite TV (French channels). You will have 2 bedrooms, including a master suite (bed 160) with its bathroom and toilet, a large closet and a terrace. The second bedroom is composed of a bed of 140, a cupboard also arranged and a terrace. A second bathroom, toilet, completes the night area.
