Tämä on paras hostelli, jossa olen koskaan yöpynyt! Sijainti on mahtava! Vain kävelymatkan päässä joesta! Aamiainen on uskomattoman täyttävä! Tarjolla on myös ilmaisia aktiviteetteja joka päivä! Hostellissa yöpyminen on yksinkertaisesti ilo! Mahtavaa!

Vaikka kyseessä on hostelli, kylpyhuone ja muut tilat ovat siistejä ja hyvin varusteltuja. Niissä on hyllyt lavuaarin alla, Dyson-hiustenkuivaaja, tilavat kaapit, henkarit, verhot sängyissä, henkilökohtaiset valot ja pistorasiat sekä ilmaista kahvia ja kuumaa vettä (sijaitsi kolikkopaikka, mutta ne olivat itse asiassa ilmaisia). Se on myös hyvin lähellä asemaa, joka on suosittu turistikohde (en aluksi tiennyt, miten sinne pääsee, mutta sisäänkäynti on vasemmalla puolella asemalaiturille mentäessä), joten se on kätevä sijainti nähtävyyksien katseluun. Heillä on ilmaisia tapahtumia joka päivä, ja tutustuin kaikkiin siellä, joten se oli loistava systeemi. Haluaisin tulla takaisin.

This place is so relaxing to stay in! It’s a super nice little cafe with the rooms in the back through locking doors for easy access and security. The service is mostly seen outside your room as there isn’t much to be serviced inside, either way they were very friendly and helpful with menus in different languages and all that. The facilities for our room were all you needed, our “bunks” being cubby’s in the wall with lots of space and a locking compartment below for bags or valuables. The bathroom is tight compared to what I was used to in Canada, but it has your toilet, sink, and shower. What more do you need? Lastly the food was very very good, this was our first stay on our trip from Canada so maybe it’s normal here but it is so fresh and simply tasted awesome! Highly recommend!

Location was good: close to Casa da Musica and the main Boa Vista roundabout. The apartment was clean and big enough for a couple nights of stay. The only issue we experienced was the door code system. When we arrived at the property on the first day, the main entrance door was open, exposing the building to theft. On the second day, we couldn’t open the main entrance door using the code provided. (The code worked on the first day.) We messaged the operator using their platform and received no reply. We called the operator but nobody answered the phone. Since it was raining, we walked to Casa da Musica to shelter ourselves from the rain. Then the operator called back and asked us to send a video of what happened of the door code. Since we left the building, we couldn’t take the video. Then they agreed to look into it. They sent us a reply saying that we refused to comply by sending a video. They subsequently asked us to ignore the message and said it was their internal communication and was sent to us by mistake, but it showed that they didn’t understand why we didn’t want to walk back to the building in the rain to take the video they requesed. After an hour of us raising the issue with them, they finally sent someone to open the main entrance for us. The person said the entrance code issue was not new! It was a very bad experience and we wasted an hour. We would seriously reconsider staying in a place managed by this operator.

Accueil très chaleureux . Personnes très à l’écoute. Chambres simples très petites sous les toits où l’on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dehors. Toilettes et douches communes sur le palier.

Near the center city and restaurant around

Tuntuu kuin olisin mennyt vanhaan elokuvaan tähän hotelliin, he todella pysähtynyt ajoissa. Huone on iso, mutta ikkunat eivät voi avata. Tapetti on super vanha ja huoneen sisällä ilma on raskas. En suosittele, jos sinulla on hengitysvaikeuksia. Makuuhuone on liian pehmeä. Näkymä on ainoa hyvä piste huoneessa. Myös vastaanottohenkilökunta on ystävällinen ja anna meidän mennä huoneeseen ennen check-in aikaa.

the location of the hotel was super convenient. Easy to go around, lively and clean. I read a comment that mentioned the floor was not even, and I noticed that, however I don't think it's a problem. The room was clean, the lady was friendly and helpful. didn't take any photos of the room, but will go again and recommend it vividly.

The room wasn’t bad. It was a cute bed and breakfast. However, we there were misc. hairs (not ours) that we’d find regularly in our room and the shower was extremely tiny. The door to the bathroom would sometimes trap us and the other would need to open it from the outside. Overall, not bad for the price. Just a few things to note.

We booked this room last minute.. The manager was very accommodating and even included a complimentary breakfast in our room rate, even though it would have a 5 euro charge extra. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom squeaky clean. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the centre is not far , easily reached by metro, 2 stops away, or a 15min downhill stroll. The decor is somewhat dated overall, but it gives the property the quaint air of a countryside pousada even though it is located in Porto city.
