"Good location, 10mins walk to waterfront, 5mins walk to The Hills shopping mall, 5mins walk to TopSpot seafood ctr. Room is small, enough space to walk only. Air-conditioning excellent, shower hot water tip top. There's one Cowa water dispenser on ground floor n three units on first floor. No face/hand towel, bath towels are old n yellowish. There are vending machines at the lobby which provide daily stuffs"

"No hot water for our shower, we complained early in the morning around 6AM before our run, and came back again around 9AM but still no hot water. Wondering if they really take note of our complaints or not. Overall, everything was good"

"Location:Very close to airport. Below is 7-11,and mamak store. Very good location. Cleaniness:Bed sheet has stain ,toilet have small crocoach. Toilet water stuck. Room is smelly Facility: Toilet door no lock. Have hot water. Provide soap and towel only. Charger got two, one beside the bed, one behind the tv. Behind the tv have limited spare, cant use for phone charger"

"i loves my room. very spacious because i brought 2 cabin size luggages. i still can open both boxes and i still can walking around the room. room clean, aircon cold, and they got water dispenser outside ❤️ convenient store just downstairs, got mamak 24hourd, super near to hospital. and also got pharmacy. "We booked the Superior Queen room which is at another section in Floor 2. Its clean, bathroom is spacious and quiet. Hotel is well upkept. After 11pm, main door is locked, accessible by room card. Very good!"

"Initial room the water tap got strange sound, but still can change the room so I won't be interrupt by this annoying sound. The maintenance need to follow up closely before open to the guests"
