"The room is too small. Toilet is big enough but no place or holders to place anything ...including toothbrushes or toothpaste."

"Great moments staying here. Definitely will repeat and choose Extreme Boutique for my next trip to Kluang 🫰🏻"

"A decent hotel with a reasonable price, front desk staff are friendly. The size of room just right for me but if you are thinking to watch TV on the bed is impossible. Is away from the bed and block by the wall. Apart from this, time to upgrade the aircon unit. Even at 16° full blast is like room temperature. The best will be shower area, it has everything in the bathroom. Water pressure runs well with the rainforest shower head."

"Room is very basic and not spacious. Just a bed, bedside tables, one chair, table, TV, kettle, hairdryer. Only 4 hangers on metal bar for hanging clothes. Common iron and board provided in the corridor Cleanliness and fixtures in the room needs improvement. Bed had hair and stains. Shower head looks dirty and is faulty. Water doesnt come from the nozzles in the shower, mostly flowing through cracks on the shower head. It's like using a hose to shower. Rooms are on Level 2 & 3, carpark on Level 4. Short drive to town center/eateries etc. But not much within walking distance. We only come back to the room to shower and sleep. And both cant be achieved comfortably. Did not use the TV at all so cant comment."

"I stayed at this hotel for the first time recently. While it’s not located right in the town centre, the area is surprisingly convenient, with plenty of eateries nearby. It’s also just a short drive to Mount Lambak, which was a nice bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the staff at the front desk were warm and helpful. The room was spotless, and the air-conditioning kept things comfortably cool throughout my stay. That said, there were a few safety concerns worth mentioning. The room didn’t have a peephole on the door, which felt like a small security oversight. The furniture was placed quite close to the bed, making it easy to bump into if you’re not paying attention. In the shower area, the floor tiles had raised edges that blended in with the rest of flooring easy to miss and potentially risky. A caution sign or a bright marking could help prevent accidents. Soundproofing could also be improved. I could hear noises from neighbouring rooms at night, which disrupted the others peaceful atmosphere. Despite these minor issues, my two-night stay was pleasant overall. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next visit."

"Katil bergerak2.. sedikit kotor dan berbau"

"Centrally located and is a 10 minutes walk from the Kluang bus terminal. Nearby is the famous burger stall. Room is spacious & clean but the noise from the next doors and walkway, can be easily heard. TV only has 3 channels working. Wifi has a connection but no internet at all."

"Location right in town. about 10 minutes walk from Klaung Railway station or the kluang bus terminal. Dated furnishings and CRT tv that's not working. no lifts, only stairs. bring own toothbrush"
