"Everything was good but except one thing. My suggetion is please maintain your toilets and bathroom. I took a tripplee delux room but bidet shower ( toilet hand shower/ sprayer) was missing which is really a essential things. Im okay with rooms but that was a real disappointing thing. Please maintain your bathroom and toilets."

"First stay at this new hotel in Ipoh and we are pleasantly surprised by the comfort. Location is walking distance to downtown for lots of great food and souvenir shopping. The bed in the room is great for a goodnight sleep. For hotel of this class we didn’t expect much amenities but surprised that most things are provided for comfort of guest. Even bathrobe! The areas for improvement are: 1. Water leakage from the shower made the toilet floor constantly wet. Design default that I hope can be rectified. 2. Checkout reception was so strict with sop. Late check out. No. Umbrella. No. Everything is a no, don’t think they are properly trained in hospitality management. Management order over guest satisfaction is how they operate. No help with luggage with the guard standing to look on. Not very nice welcome. 3. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room. Had to call at 4pm for cleaning to be done. Reception accused us for putting on the no disturb sign. No apology just mere mention that they will contact housekeeping when we insisted that we switched “please clean room” sign since morning. We met the cleaner who was much nicer than the reception staff. For a no frill stay, this hotel is nice and quiet but some may not like the fact that it’s beside funeral parlour."

"front desk crew need improve PR services. we asking can we cashless payment for the deposit, we do not have cash at that time. the way she answered for the deposit make us feels annoyed.she told us to pay as fast as we can. mcm la kita nak larii😂 dah bayarrr kot nk tdo situ. we came there at night n tired ok. she ok je klu nk explain elok2."

"Check in & out process easy & smooth. Staffs were friendly. Cleanliness of room & toilet could be improved. Like no cleaning done before next customer check in. On/ off toggle for water heater was broken. Otherwise, could be a very good budget hotel."

"we were greet with smile although it was 10pm. the hotel is very clean and have a spacious family room. the location is very convenient if you want to stay near to lost world tambun. plenty of parking space and nearby eateries. we will come back again"

"I think overall the hotel fullfill my expectation because i want more concern about the hotel price. Overall the price meets the service. Just the air-con got sounds due to too old already but still acceptable for me. If you are looking for quality hotel for sure is its is not la. Haha"

"Value for money. Superb location which is close to many famous Pinji eateries within walking distance. Very friendly front desk. Rental Cheap. Has underground parking, but my gf felt very uncomfortable when the driver of look at her one kind. She won't dare to stay here if she's alone. Just like most of the budget hotels, sound proof is bad. But for me personally, I have nothing to complain for the price I've paid."

"Aina meidän mennä vaihtoehto. Halvat yksinkertaisia ja hyviä tarpeeksi tiloja lyhyen oleskeluun. Layout vaihtoehto 2 iso vuodessa liukuovi toimii hyvin vanhemmilleni ja annan tarpeeksi yksityisyyttä huoneessa. Hotelli on vain 10-15 mins ajo kaupunkiin ja erittäin mukava kuiva curry nuodel 😀"
