"Recommend to female solo traveler, there is a building only for female, which made me feel comfortable and also the environment is clean. The front counter staff were very friendly and helpful, making the checkin process smooth. Another great convenience is that you can leave your luggage at the counter both before checkin and after checkout which is really great for a solo traveler. The location is also convenient, there is a bus terminal and convenience store nearby."

"Convenient & Friendly Stay in Jeju Among the 4 hotels I booked for this trip, this one had the most guest-friendly check-in/out policy — check-in after 2 PM and check-out before 12 PM, unlike many hotels in Busan that require check-in after 4 PM (even 8 PM!) and check-out before 10 AM. The staff was friendly, though she only spoke Chinese — but no problem, she was sweet and used a translation app to communicate. The room was small and didn’t have a closet or hanger, but it was clean, new, and comfortable. Perfect if you just need a safe and convenient place to sleep. Great location, only 20 minutes to the airport, with many bus routes nearby for exploring Jeju’s top sights."

"I stayed here for 2 nights as I'm climbing Hallasan the next day. It's a self checkin and the keys were prepared as I arrived. It feels homey, it's clean, tho a bit old of a building. It's very much like a motel we see in kdramas lol. The location i convenient, there's a lot of convenience store nearby, and a Starbucks and Mcdonalds a few blocks away. The owner is an older man and is very kind. I slept comfortably, thank you so much. My only thing here is that there is no elevator so I had to carry my heavy luggage up and down the stairs. It was tough especially my knees hurt so bad from the climb the day before checkout, but overall good stay."

"價位相當於國內快捷酒店，日式裝修風格與配套，很乾凈，進屋確實有黴味但是被子枕頭是清香的，隔音差點兒能聽見大聲説話💬，住了三晚睡的很香幾乎沒有做夢💭證明屋子乾淨，洗澡🛁水也很熱，毛巾啊拖鞋最好自己帶，交通很方便出機場坐公交332/365等（1200韓幣刷付款寶）三木公園下過馬路往回走進衚衕87米就到，門口有711也非常方便，門口的步行街都是吃的走到保健路或新羅免税店也不過600多米，沿街幾條路都是購物店很好逛，入住退房自助機也超級方便就是如果早到要等到11點退房收拾完客服才能提前入住哦…"

"The location of this hotel is really good. Just in the Jeju city. Not far from the Dongmun Marker and Nuwemaru Pedestrian street. Airport is around 2.5 kms. Hotel room was very neat and clean. Toilet has all the toiletries. Got two water bottle. But no free coffee or tea bags hehe. They don’t change the linens or bedsheets also they don’t clean the room if you’re staying more than a night. I guess you have to tell them. Usually you won’t fine anyone at the reception. I didn’t see any hotel staff. Anyways stay was good. Not so cheap but also not expensive if compare to other hotel prices."

"Very nice and familiar Guesthouse, very close to the beach in a peaceful neighbourhood. There are some bus station near by to go to the sightseeing places and some convenience stores. The owners are really nice 👌 I would comeback here"

"Clean and comfortable location if you’re looking for a short stay in the city. Basic amenities provided. Bathroom is huge, but there is no separation of dry and wet area. No floor mats/room slippers provided so do take note to bring your own if you don’t like to walk around with wet feet. They do provide bathroom slippers though. Free covered parking space is a plus as we rented a car to drive around. It’s a good place if you are looking at value for money. There’s a CU mart and McDonald’s within walking distance for convenience."

"Lovely pension hotel wIth a seaview. Ten-minute taxi, or a slightly longer bus ride from the airport. I would definitely book again."

"The hotel was easily accessible on foot from various bus stops and located near many restaurants. It also seems to be adjacent to a nightclub district but the area was still quiet the time I travelled (late summer 2025). The room was clean and renovated in a modern way, and the window view was nice! Sometimes the checkout counter is unstaffed and ringing the bell doesn't bring anyone to the counter, but otherwise the staff are helpful and friendly. They allowed me to store luggage before check-in on the day of my arrival!"

"If you want to stay in Jeju city, this is a really convenient location. Make sure before booking your trip if you prefer Jeju city or Seongwipo. The room is spacious, has a fridge, TV, AC, and a fan. Also some storsge is given and the bathroom is large. My room only had limited natural sunlight but maybe other rooms are better. The towels are small but you can get fresh ones every day, the same goes for water: The couple running this place give you water bottles but you can also refill your bottles in the lobby. The furniture is dated but mostly clean. The bed was very firm (some like it, some don't). The AC could definitely use some dusting and I found a cockroach in my room and had tiny baby cockroaches in the bathroom. Bug spray is provided in the room and was effective (although my flip flops were the most effective tool). The extension chord in my room was faulty (probably too old) and when I plugged in two devices at the same time (for two outlets), it made crackling sounds indicating that the wires were catching fire. But it was immediately replaced with a brand new extension chord when I made the owners aware of it. Overall a cheap, conveniently-located hotel, but definitely no luxury experience. I would stay here again, but I will look for other options the next time."
