"The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate."

"The hotel is very clean and accessible. Room is also very spacious. Its near to the black pork street and some shopping areas! Indoor parking is free but limited. There’s free outdoor parking near the hotel too. Near Jeju airport too, would recommend!!"

"Wonderful location!! Tremendous restaurants and shops surrounding. It fulfilled all my demands including near by airport, transportation friendly and amazing ocean view. The room cleaning service was also satisfying, the only way I could complain about is the soundproofing problem. I am sure that I will choose here again for the next Jeju trip!"

"In front is a convenience store. Around 10 min walk away from subway. Around 5 min walk to huaendai beach. Trash left outside was not picked up for 3 days. With washer and dryer but need to buy laundry soap. Found the bed very hard. Our balcony has a nice view of the beach"

"Initially booked this hotel as recommended by my relatives when the hotel was still fully human operated. However, it seems there was recent change in their management and there are no longer any receptionist or any human in the lobby. We had problems clarifying the hotel parking because it seems a lot of cars were parked beside the alley and roadsides of the hotel. Fortunately we are able to reach the customer service through WhatsApp and managed to get their clarification that the paid parking beside the hotel can be used and fees are waived throughout the staying period with unlimited exit. It would be better to put a clearer instructions for parking instead of just asking guest to read the unhelpful notice at the lobby whereby the parking guide doesn't show the WhatsApp number. Overall, the location is great and just at the underground shopping and walking distance to the market and black pork street. Room was clean and check in/out is easy despite it's unmanned."

"Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts."

"Very close to the airport, just one bus stop away or give minutes by car (Uber is the best) Big room with a nice bathroom, very clean; also soundproof. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Very low water pressure! Unable to have a proper shower. The worst thing is the large gap between the shower doors which causes water to flow out into the sink area without any drainage holes so the entire toilet is flooded each time someone takes a shower in the second toilet (without bathtub) of the Family Suite. Rooms look classy and well kept and the location is close to eMart within walking distance. There is a GS25 convenient store at the hotel lobby (6am - 12 midnight) with a dedicated section for instant noodles, and another 24-hour GS25 located next to the hote"
