Hotellit aamiaisella kohteessa Jeju

I had a fantastic stay at Mir Guesthouse. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute bus ride from Jeju Airport. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities you might need. The owner is incredibly kind and supportive (and he speaks English), offering great recommendations for places to visit. He has an adorable little dog that adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire place feels peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Breakfast is included (you’ll need to request it a day in advance). They serve a delicious handmade egg salad sandwich with coffee or juice, a lovely way to start the day!

The counter staff are all so friendly and gave a wonderful welcome and reception. They were also extremely helpful. Had a night stay. Love the room. It was a good size room for 2 pax with a double bed and a single room. The design is simple yet elegant. The cleanliness was good. Nothing to complain about. Except, there is no toothbrush set provided. To bring your own toothbrush when you stay in this hotel I will definitely stay in this hotel for my future visit to Jeju.

Nice hotel and it has everything we needed during our stay. Only thing was the bathroom and shower were just next to each other with a glass partition only. Washroom was fairly small as the door is really close to the toilet seat. However, sink area was pretty large. Other than that, not mush issues with the room we got. Do take note on the limited parking as well. But we managed to get parking lots during our two nights stay.

Not a real 5-star for sure. Staff very rude and arogant, facilities nothing special, BREAKFAST overpriced - they won’t let you in after 9:30, they’ll remind you twice to hurry up and they’ll kick you out at 10:00, gym and sauna too… good location if you want to hang down town and be close to the airport otherwise far from everything… No early check in- unless you want to pay 25€ to get into your room at 13:00!!!! I will definitely never come back again… too much waiting in line for everything, and little enjoyment…a waste of money! The only person that smiled and was polite was the cleaning least on Floor 15. Such a sweet soul. Mostly Chinese guests that they rip off for the big rooms and decent food… 🤯🙄😤🤬

Had a most wonderful four nights stay here. Stayed at the Ocean View room at a discounted fee. I booked the corner room, thinking that it was the last room at the end of the building facing Hamdeok Beach. On arrival at the hotel, I found out that I had misunderstood the meaning of Corner. So, the frontdesk manager graciously charged me a discounted fee to change to the Ocean View Room. The Ocean View Room with Balcony was simply wonderful. Full facing the sea, even at a low floor of level 3. Hearing the sound of the waves and watching the tide come in and out was relaxing. The hot water in the shower was constant, very much appreciated in such cold weather. Shampoo and shower gel all smelt wonderful. The bath also looked out to the sea. Room looked exactly as the pictures shown. Would definitely like to stay here again, if given the chance. Lots of restaurants around. There is a whole lane of BBQ pork restaurants along the road behind the hotel. Easy access to food.

Hotelli sijaitsee kätevästi vain muutaman minuutin’ ajomatkan päässä lentokentältä. Kiinteistö on puhdas ja viihtyisä, vaikka se tuntuu hieman vanha ja vanha. Valitettavasti palvelu oli pettymys. Esitoimistohenkilöstö, varsinkin jotkut miestyöntekijät, tulivat näyttämään välittämättömältä ja aputonta. Ennen oleskeluani olin lähettänyt hotellille muutamia kysymyksiä, mutta vastaukset olivat epäammatillisia ja hylkääviä. Ei yksikään sähköposteista sisälsi henkilöstön nimiä, mikä antoi vaikutelman, että he yrittivät välttää vastuuvelvollisuutta. Kokonaisuudessaan, vaikka sijainti on hyvä, asiakaspalvelun puute teki kokemuksen tyydyttäväksi.

Do not get taken in by the photo. When we arrived, we were so shocked by how old the place looks compared to the picture. The lobby was empty, there's no one by the door at anytime, only the receptionist and they barely acknowledge you till you queue and reach them. They are not fluent in English or Chinese, barely able to communicate at all, till google translate. The room looks like the picture but doesn't look like the picture as well, everything is in the right place but it looks nothing like the pictures. Way less bright, way less glam, and everything is broken literally. Our tap is faulty, it's a struggle to use the basin everyday. The curtain fell and was lying on the floor. The hook for your towel is broken and dangling. The charging socket is broken and can't charge. The shower leaks water even if you're not using then rain shower. And they only allow request of additional 2 bottles of water. Mini bar is fully chargeable. There is no smart TV or any phone screen mimicking, so the TV is useless. You want to pull the curtains? Gotta climb up the tub and walk on it and pull. All in all, very disappointing and not worth my money. It is considered affordable but tbh you could do better. I would've booked another hotel instantly if this was refundable 5 mins inside the room. 3 out of 10 for me.

Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts.

Location is superb. 15mins to and from Jeju airport, which was a plus point when you late arrival flight and early departure flight. Walkable distance to pedestrian street with great food option. Convenience stores available just steps away.. room is spacious and clear.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful. During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them. On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members. I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future. I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid. I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.
