"Everything is good but the light beside my bed was broken. I told the woman at the counter and she said she would find someone to fix and no follow-up since then. A bit disappointing….."

"First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant..."

"還不錯，在一個加油站後面，打車到的，交通方便，去舊港2號線換一號線很方便，在馬賽千萬不要去住民宿、都沒有空調夏天熱死了，還好及時定了這家酒店，讓我們有地方可以住很感恩，住了四個晚上。走到地鐵站也很方便 有個足球場奧運會期間奧運會足球會場在這裡有一場，人還挺多的，馬賽啥膚色的人都有，注意安全，晚上不要獨自出門。尤其女性。普羅旺斯記住6月底前要去看，7月初就要收啦，基本沒有薰衣草了，景太美了。法國之旅這後勁太重了。"

"I really liked the location, it's very close to the center and the neighborhood looked safe. The hotel is very nice, the single room is very comfortable, I only noticed that there was dust in the room and in the bathroom but I would definitely stay there again. Btw The reception people were very friendly."

"Bon emplacement à 400 mètres du métro Saint Just, studio spacieux et confortable avec tout le nécessaire. ” Kitchenette avec micro ondes, plaque électrique, bouilloire, ustensiles de cuisine, frigo, grand placard, ect...”. Personnel agréable et disponible, laverie et distributeurs de boissons sur place. Je reviendrais volontiers à Montempo Marseille."

"The hotel location was very good, easy to access and lots of good bars and restaurants around. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. We stayed in the top room which was accessed by staircase, this was fine, except from the large suitcase we had was hard to manoeuvre up the small spiral staircase. There was also no safe in the room so we stored valuables in the suitcase and locked it."

"Hotel is good, how the receptionist treat the customers is VERY BAD! He told us with high tone that our booking is not in the system, although we already paid for it & can show our booking confirmation :)) It's is very stupid. Then the fault is on the hotel. That the owner booked with his name (not my name). Actually it is okay. But how the employee (receptionist) behave so bad in handling the customers is just SHAMEFUL. He should get a proper training in Service and Customer Handling."

"My GF and I spontanepusly needed a place to sleep during our travels. The best discription would be a hostel styled place with private rooms. Unfortunately its not well isolated and showers/toilets are shared. Hotel permises are gated and secured with an entry code, parling is available at no additional costs. Overall good service for price that is paid"
