"Appartement top ! C’était une première pour moi au sein de cet établissement et j’y retournerai sans aucuns doute. Il y a un service de nettoyage qui passe presque tout les jours (serviettes de bain changés, poubelles changés, cendrier vidé, literie refaite, papiers wc …). Emplacement top ! C’est un quartier résidentiel qui est calme et très reposant tout en étant à la fois proche de toutes commodités (arrêt de bus à 2min à pied, centre proche, petit supermarché à 5 min à pied à peine, plage proche …). Piscine et transat sont accessible. La piscine est vraiment agréable et très bien entretenue. Appartement spacieux avec une belle terrasse qui donne vue sur la piscine. Au sein de la cuisine, vous avez tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour pouvoir réaliser vos petits plats. Un kit nettoyage est mis à votre disposition (lavette, éponge, produit vaisselle et essuie). Reste plus qu’à faire les courses pour se transformer en petit chef cuistot 😂 Ps: juste petite remarque sur certains ustensiles qui n’étaient pas super propres. Bon, un petit coup de savon et on en parle plus 🧽 Pour conclure, assez bonne expérience pour un prix raisonnable sachant que l’appartement est tout de même localisé dans la municipalité de Adeje."

"Останавливались в этом отеле дважды по нескольку дней за поездку. Оба раза были представлены апартаменты с одной спальней, оборудованной кухней, большой террасой, прекрасный вид на Адехе. В номерах всё функционировало (в первый визит плита была индукционная, во второй электрическая). Сантехника качественная, всё в рабочем состоянии. Персонал очень любезен. Из недостатков (может, кому-то критично) - кондиционирование воздуха распространяется только на одно помещение кухню-гостиную, на спальню нет. И wi-fi в номерах не ловит, только в лобби. Пляжи рядом. променады рядом, магазины рядом. Если кто берет питание, то оно проходит в соседней Hovima Panorama. Очень качественное. Мы давние поклонники Hovima, однозначно рекомендуем и эту сеть и этот отель."

"My 14 year old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights on a tight budget and it exceeded our expectations. This is a 2 star hotel so there are no luxuries but it was spotlessly clean and has a great pool. Yes it's up a hill but there is a public bus stop right outside and another a couple of minutes away which we used to get to Siam park and Monkey Park. We did however walk back from town a couple times and it honestly wasn't that bad. We were self catering but did go to the buffet 1 night. There wasn't a big selection and it was basic but it did the job. There were burgers, hotdogs, pizza and chips at the pool bar which actually looked quite nice. We had an issue with our fridge which was leaking but I reported this to reception and they took care of it. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. My only real complaints were; the noise from upstairs guests. Whilst the selfishness of others is not the hotels fault, the doors close really noisily and it rattles through the building. As there are no floor furnishings children running around at midnight literally sounds like a herd of elephants!! There is an oven but it doesn't work. The rack has been removed and there are no trays leading me to believe it wasn't just faulty. However, I didn't speak to reception about it so I might be mistaken. Ultimately if these are my only complaints then that's not bad really! I am a professional person and have travelled to many countries and stayed in 5 star hotels. Would I stay here again? On a budget, absolutely. Its a bit rough round the edges with some cracked tiles in public areas and chips in the bathroom enamel etc but I'm not one to let these things ruin my holiday. As long as you have realistic expectations, you won't be disappointed."
