"first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell.."

"Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bis 3 Nächte reicht es vollkommen aus, bei längeren Aufenthalt wüde ich ein anderes Hotel buchen. Wenig Möglichkeiten um Sachen zu verstauen oder aufzuhängen. Dusche ist wie ein Dixiklo, Duschkopf kann nicht verstellt werden, man muss ihn selbst halten um sich normal duschen zu können. Sonst was alles gut, freundliches Personal, Gute Lage, auf der Straße war es nachts nicht laut."

Otele giriş süreci ***et sorunsuzdu; resepsiyon ekibi bizi yeterli ve net bir şekilde bilgilendirdi. Otelde yemek veya kahvaltı hizmeti almasak da mutfak bölümünü sıcak su temini için kullandık. Oda genişliği dört kişi için uygundu. Odamız otel girişinin arka tarafındaki caddeye bakıyordu. Karşı duvarda bakraçlar içinde çiçekler vardı. Odada standart sabit mobilyalar yerine yerde dört ayrı yatak bulunmaktaydı. Çok geniş olmasa da herhangi bir yer darlığı veya rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Oda aydınlatma bir miktar zayıftı, banyo dan gelen ışık odayı daha çok aydınlatıyordu. Isıtmayla ilgili olarak, geniş pencerelerin önündeki çift radyatör sayesinde dışarıdaki -1 °C soğuğa rağmen oda oldukça sıcaktı. Önemli bir detay olarak; banyo ve tuvalet kapısının kilitlenmiyor oluşu mahremiyet açısından dikkat gerektiriyor. Banyoda saç kurutma makinesinin yanı sıra tavanda ısıtma sağlayan özel bir lamba sistemi mevcuttu. Odada buzdolabı bulunmasa da bu durum bizim için bir eksiklik oluşturmadı. Otelden beklentimiz olan merkezi konum ve sıcak, yeterli imkanlara sahip odaydı. Bu bakımdan otelden memnun kaldık."
