"Wonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea. We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread. We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome. The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean. The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy. The bathroom has hot water. You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room. We always saw them cleaning the common areas. The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family. I will recommend them to all my friends. Really recommended!"

"Very nice staff and extremely close to the monastery entrance without the noise being too bad, tucked round a corner off the main drag. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - the only issue we had was no hot water for the first night/ morning - after we spoke to the lady at reception it was fine for the remainder of our stay. The bar area is nice, we didn't try the food but very cosy for drinks."

"Incredible stay at the Xicheng Inn. The hotel is very cozy with fascinating decor. I loved spending time in the third-floor library, filled with cultural artifacts, games, and books – you'll never get bored! The hospitality from the hotel staff is also unmatched. I stayed alone but never felt lonely. They take guests on walks around the city to discover ******* culture. "A quiet and cozy place with a homely atmosphere and clean and tidy rooms. The common space is charming, built of wood, with comfortable seating and vegetation. The homeowners are pleasant, kind, helpful and with lots of good will. The location is great, less than 2 minutes walk from the main street, about 10 minutes walk to Labrang Monastery."

"Best hotel I’ve stayed in on my trip. The family made me feel so welcome. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water. Food was great. They gave me a bike to cycle to the grasslands and did my washing for free! Also dropped me at the bus station. So kind and lovely. And the owner speaks perfect English."

"超推薦！來夏河縣這邊我覺得這家民宿是最好的！ 房間設施都很齊全而且是全屋智能。智能馬桶，可以設定温度的花灑，吹風機，一次性用品（刮鬍刀牙刷還有一次性馬桶墊之類的）真的很齊全！而且晚上真的很暖和甚至有些熱。房間我沒有拍照片，和店家展示的照片是一樣的。 床單被罩乾淨整潔，房間衞生也很乾凈，乾濕分離。 店家超級熱情！人超好！下雨天出門吃飯還會拿傘給我，晚上怕我們打不到車，特地打電話説如果打不到車就來接我們，好感動🥹店家推薦的那個火鍋店也很好吃推薦推薦（忘記名字了，想吃可以問一下店家）！羊肉牛肉都非常新鮮！吃多了也不會感覺油膩的那種！ 總之！放心大膽的來吧！這邊離拉卜楞也挺近的，走路不行，得開車～"

"Beautiful homestay, the room is nice, the bed and pillows are comfortable, it was overall quite clean but some hair was forgotten in the shower, no big deal. The staff was nice and helpful, they lent us an umbrella to go out when it was raining. The location is not too far from Labrang monastery but a bit far from the center of the town and the place with all the restaurants."
