The hotel is conviniently located next to the high speed railway and bus station. The room is very clean, provides a washing machine and it is quite calm at night, I could even sleep with open windows. What I did not like, that the room was said to be a non-smoking room. Well it was not and when asking the receptionist the said they have no non smoking rooms. I don't get it why these hotels offer non-smoking rooms and then do not stick to it. Secondly the staff was not very welcoming. The literally live at the reception and in the room next to it, what is absulutely fine, wouldn't they give you the impression that you're disturbing their privacy. I know it can be anoying with foreigners and language barriere but hey, I did not get a single smile. And when the hotel you work at welcomes guests from all countries you just have to deal with it from time to time.

I want to give 10 stars to this excellent and awesome hotel. Can? Firstly it is new, it is clean and check in was a breeze. it is close to East Gate mountain. The hotel staff will give you direction. They will introduce a restaurant the food is delicious and a surprise 20% discount awaits me unexpectedly which is so cool. The bed is very comfortable and the room lightning is very soothing. Shower is strong and the laundry is welcoming. Having said all that what I find most amazing are the 3 hotel receptionists Ms fu, Ms Yang and Ms Xu. Beyond my expectation these 3 young ladies performed their duties beyond my expectation. They will assist you with all means, sincerely and with the greatest attitude. Heck, Ms Fu even help to order meals for me! That you find sometime is lacking even in 5 star hotel. My 2 night stay is extended because of their kindness to make my venture at 梵净山 much more memorable. I can't ask for more. So their hospitality must be acknowledged with the greatest gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you ✊✊✊

酒店在景區附近，登梵凈山非常方便。房間乾淨温暖舒適，空調系統給力。淋浴水量大很熱，床上用品質量好。酒店窗外風景很美，空氣清新，自來水質好，有點兒甜。

First and foremost, do not be put off by the appearance of the entrance and elevator to the hotel. Although first impressions are important, for some reason, it does not apply to this little gem of a hotel. As soon as you get to the hotel floor, everything is much better. The rooms are spacious and clean, fixtures are of high quality, sound proofing in between rooms are very good. Noise from train station is not too bothersome for us, and the hotel does provide ear plugs should you need them.  Location couldn’t be more convenient- train station, long distance buses and local buses are within walking distance. Eateries, a big supermarket on the 2nd floor of a mall close to the long distance bus station is also available. Smaller convenience stores are all over the place.  Only gripe: hotel would not provide an extra pillow and housekeeping was adamant that only 2 pillows are allowed per room😩 Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting guests to whatever sightseeing questions one might have

Al realizar el checkin nos quisieron cobrar 100 yuanes como depósito, cuando con el registro de trip no estaba en las condiciones. Contactamos con el equipo de soporte técnico de trip y lo solventaron. Por el resto, todo bien. Nos ha gustado mucho el lugar, siendo una buena localización para ir a las montañas de Fanjing y también recomendamos el dejarse perder por el pueblo.

Room Booked for a single bed no window but got a double with window so that was nice. pretty standard. lock on door for security. Hosting Great. I think they saw me wandering about and figured I was looking for their hotel haha. Gave me guidance on how to get to fanjingshan. It seems to be run by a nice family. bit of a language barrier but you can communicate over translate - hotels ask for more details than hostels so if you don't speak chinese you should prepare your name, nationality, phone number, previous city etc. with chinese labels beforehand to make the process smoother Location Walking distance from train station. You can walk into the central town but there is a nearby bus stop too (although all the buses I went on were crammed). Also walking distance to the tourist centre bus stop to other cities. Has shops below. I think I might have struggled a bit to find it if they hadn't seen me. quite a nice view of the surrounding buildings and their lights A bit grubby around the edges e.g. the toilet hadn't been cleaned and it was very close to the shower, but it is so cheap you can't really complain More hostel vibes than hotel

之前住過一次，感覺環境衞生挺好，房間也很隔音，基本聽不到外面的噪音，所以回來又住了一次。房間依然收拾得很乾凈，通分很好，枕頭被套這些很新，反正就是住着很舒適。前台小姐姐也很好，半夜麻煩她，她二話不説就幫忙，儘量滿足我需求，非常熱情周到。好評！！！
